Good morning and happy independence to you all. The truth of the matter is that another app coming into the picture with higher fares for drivers is just a temporary fix. What pearl said is the permanent fix but unfortunately, our government doesn't care.


Any new app that wants to control the market will definitely do what Indrive did when they started then later they will crash the price just like Indrive

Bolt is now worse than Indrive in terms of pricing

How are you guys coping with this fuel price and the ridiculous prices on the app.

Uber is crediting drivers account o. I was given 40k. Go and check your earnings bosses

Uber that will start counting waiting time immediately you get to riders pick up. You don't need to click on arrived before the counting will begin. But you see indrive. Their riders will waste your time ehn.

Uber should have waited till after December

Just got the email that Uber is leaving Nigeria. What a sad news. I haven't stayed long in this job but Uber has been my best app. Their riders are more matured and well behaved.

Their fares are better than bolt and Indrive by far and they don't reduce driver score or ratings anyhow.

I remember Uber gave me a bonus of 50k for completing my first 10 trips when I started.

Good evening everyone. How are you guys coping with this ridiculous prices on Bolt and Indrive. Omoh, today was my worst day. I kept rejecting orders till my acceptance rate dropped to 3%. 😆 lol. Bolt kept giving me 2k, 3k 1.5k request with 15 minutes, 20 minutes distances. Do drivers pick such useless requests? Indrive on the other hand, fastest fingers won't allow someone even look at the address before they pick it. You try to negotiate and next thing you see request accepted.

I'm still new on this job and I work just 3 days in a week and I don't know how people that do this thing every day survive. Shey them de pity their cars at all?

3.yes u can but with this fuel price u might have to work for many hours. Leaving early in d morning and coming back late... Except say na cng tinz.

I use 15k on average to ajah and back without AC or intermittently.

I also covered similar distance from ayobo to Ajah some hours ago. Fuel cost was about 15k with medium traffic and AC usage was around 40%-60% of the journey .

Some tips. Run a scan, check your O² sensors, replace engine air filter if needed and lastly, check your tire pressures... Very important!
Can affect MPG up to 35% especially on long distances.
