The delay being experienced is because of Treasury Single Account. But we are doing everything within our capacity to speedily resolve the issue. Payment will commence soon.

If that is so, The interns nationwide wanted to go via tweet campaign to the FG on the delay of our payment and unavailability of the portal access.

There is no need for that Mr. Mbachu, payment will definitely commence in no distant time.

My conversation with GIS this morning, so no cause for alarm. Edokpia I thumbs your advice too.

We have to hang on with our tweet. I wrote personally to GIS via their current page and they have this to answer me just 2 mins ago. These are conversation thread with GIS this morning.

Let forget about lamenting and stuff like that from now on, but take our "destiny" in our hands and be proactive in proffering solution to what's is happening now.

Somebody as suggested taken the battle to their twitter handle the likes of Garba Shehu, Femi Adesina, Bukola Saraki, Kemi Adeosun etc.

We should not underestimate our collective social media struggle/battle, I'm sure it will go along way in making them respond to us quickly, may be, perhaps early next week. Pls let do something instead of just waiting and whining.

We all have our phone and many here are twitter geeks/wizard, let channel that in rectifying the anomalies happening now with decorum and what is expected of graduate like us. We can use this hash tag:

#FGPayGISinterns

when posting on twitter starting tomorrow morning.

Our tweet campaign will come only at the right time. My meaning is this; we have to give them till end of the month. And at the beginning of next month we didn't see time sheet to sign....also hearing puntersmind input before we commence our tweets...and to the appropriate channel. Thank God we also have Senate presido on tweet style.

When is alert coming..,. All my body dey open.

If alert enter this week, do we still have to sign timesheet or atleast login on GIS site to check if timesheet is marked? Me lookforward to seeing the GIS website back on track....Am hopeful!

Until official statement is made from GIS or our stipend did not arrive throughout this month till end of it, that is when I can comment. But for now all we have to do is watch. This is not time for timesheet, if not our employers would have inquire. Let's be patient for now......fellow interns.

Nothing from my employer either. So, its only your employer that was affected pending when we get report from other employers.

Pls advice. An employer is asking for 50% of a friend's 30k because he doesn't go to work. Its either 50% or he won't sign the next timesheet. If my friend refuses n he doesn't sign his timesheet,can he use this outstanding form to recover those months or he shd just agree to d 50% deal?

Please, we don't entertain such issues as it is against the principle upon which the scheme is built upon. Read about FORCECOM NETWORKS LTD to warn both your friend and his/her employer, or ask interns involved how they have been delayed. Careful on what you say!

This is to inform all interns that GIS timesheet marking for employers do not appear on the employers home page as before, or even sometimes do not alert your employers via email or SMS. However, they(employers) are to go ahead to their timesheet and mark all their interns then come back to the homepage before the SUBMIT PENDING TIMESHEET will appear for them to submit. This was discovered by my employer today. I always believe in my boss and mentor, so trust me and spread the news to your employers to secure your stipends and avoid outstanding cases.

Your employer is yet to fill in your account details, mark and submit your timesheet before you can view it on your history.

Timesheet appeared 7am 2/11/2015. Tell your employers to fill your time sheets asap.

How to login is by entering ur email address and your password (that have uppercase,lowercase,numeric and symbols). If u can't remember, use the the forgot password to have a password reset link sent to ur email. Make sure u copy the link sent to u and paste on the address bar making sure u don't miss any copy.Hope that will be helpful.

Good day colleagues. I just checked my GIS account and just found out that I have been paid my training allowance of 25k without any alert. Although we complained severally to our school director about the training and accommodation allowance for the training, especially for us that came from ABA to Umuahia the capital of Abia state. Since December-After about 9months after. Abeg if you haven't been paid anything, just complain to your employer through writing and he will table your case to their partner GIS. That's the procedure. One love...

Please colleagues, I want to know how the IMO state job fair is been arranged, was there any survey form?
