It's possible that a seller may not have a Nairaland account or moniker (he/she may just be a guest) unless he/she told you otherwise. Besides, have you checked your balance to know if you have increase in your balance and by how much? You may contact your bank customer care to ascertain the cause of the reversal (technology can be funny stones). If you find no problem at all, pay the guy asap to maintain your reputation. Do this fast to avoid hurting the guy if found legit. Don't hold people to ransom just because they do not have Nairaland Id. I strongly recommend that you contact your bank customer care to know the cause of the reversal. My 2cent

Please house I need urgent help. I think someone is not entirely honest about a deal. Someone offered to buy bitcoins from me and send money to my account number. We agreed on the price and everything and I asked the person to credit my account.

Wahala started when i got an alert for 31,500 naira, and within 2 seconds, the money reversed. After 5 mins, again the money credited but I was not comfortable with the first reversal. How can one send money and then reversed the money again, later to send again, when the person no be bank. My antenna went up instantly and i decided to check the transaction details on my dashboard to find out that the money has not reflected in my account.

First warning sign: On the receipt, there was no account number and account name. The SENDER NAME and ACCOUNT NUMBER is FUND TRANSFER.

Ok in order to be very very sure again, I immediately messaged the buyer that I was not comfortable with the deal and we should make deal open on nairaland. He has since refused to tell me his nairaland moniker and him say i dey sing "moniker moniker for him ear".

Please all the ogas (Tabbaz, LadyF, MODS, Obasy09, etc) abeg make una help us look into the matter.
