yarimo:
The same peter obi that was not happy food price was going down undecided
Una dey get sense so? He is criticizing the approach and solution for a long time security approach that is cost effective you are here talking of food?
The same calamity that the decision of tinubu in employing 1000 men abandoning amoketun is the same that happened to food. Has price of food not gone up? Why employe 1000 men when you can equip amotekun? Is it not cheaper to equip the existing security than employing new security and equipping them?
Omo reason it well ooo

PoliticsRe: Tinubu Orders Envoys To Rebrand Nigeria, Attract Investment by Empredboy(m): 7:22am On Apr 28
Every government will always rebrand this country. You see why I prefer a business man to be our president. As a business man who is a politician will see this country as a product. So what he will be is to ensure the product has value and taste before thinking of packaging or rebranding. As it's said in Japan . A good product will always sell itself even with little or no advert
BusinessRe: Dangote Refinery Moves Into Plastics & Detergents, Targets Global Market by Empredboy(m): 11:25am On Apr 22
Be ready to buy detergent for 5k and plastic plate that is presently sold for less than #500 to be sold for #7000 for one.
Using this guy history to predict the market future, he enter cement as less than #1500 now cement is #12000.
Sugar less that 5k before he entered sugar now sugar is over #50000
Supergetti before he started producing it , it was less that. 1k per carton now it's more that #5k per carton,, fuel nko? You all know that.

BusinessRe: Keke Rider Who Bought Fuel Of N5000 Made A Profit Of N50 After Doing Refill by Empredboy(m): 9:54pm On Mar 26
helinues:
That was just the bad day. He should tell us how much he normally make on good day

Btw, how did he exhaust N5,000 fuel. Was he just roaming around looking for passenger on a fuel he bought at expensive price.
guy please learn to reason well. I have Keke that I give out on installment. So let me break it down for you.
5000 will buy less than 4 litres at #1360 they sell in my area.
This litre will only go a return trip that is 'go come' as the transporters call it.
Imagine you charge 700 like my area which was #500 before the fuel increment.
#700 per persenger of 4 seat is #2800
Now that 2800 times 2 on a return trip is #5600 by that return trip the less than 4 litres fuel will have almost finished or finished maybe due to weak carburator.
Minus the amount he made (#5600) from the (5000) cost of fuel also minus union fee, agero how much will remain also minus installment.

Foreign AffairsRe: Netanyahu Frustrated After Mossad Fails To Spark Iran Uprising by Empredboy(m): 7:34pm On Mar 25
Imagine these guys. So they use the citizens to crate crises in the nation so as to play coup and change the government. Yet they will still be the one to still say they are in support of democracy.
The game is this:
Create uprising in the nation
Sponsor an opposition who will act like activist to pressurise the government and ginger the citizens to fight against the government
Through the uprising, the military will come in as a coup to call the nation
Then these same set of bad countries will still fight against the military that they want democracy.
It's time Africa fought for themselves like Iran ooo

PoliticsWhat Nigerians Will Never Forget by Empredboy(op): 9:52am On Jul 15, 2025
We Will Not Forget
(Don't Skip #2, 5 & 6)

1. To the best of my knowledge, there's no known law, whether moral or civil, that says we cannot evaluate or even criticize the dead, especially when they wielded power and were unfair to the living. In fact, it would be hypocrisy of the highest order to spend years pointing out someone's failures and staging protest while they're alive, only to suddenly start singing their praises once they're gone. That's exactly the two-faced show I'm seeing with many people on social media over Buhari's death. It is laughable and sad to see people who called him out for hardship, insecurity, and division now want everyone to honour him and pretend none of that ever happened just because he has passed.

2. Catholic moral teaching has never said telling the truth about the dead is wrong. The Church does teach that we should not slander people or speak ill purely out of malice, but that's a far cry from denying history. "Veritatis Splendor" reminds us that truth-telling is a moral duty, and the Catechism itself, in CCC 2477–2479, distinguishes between unjust detraction and the necessary telling of truth for the common good. The Bible is clear too faithfully records the sins and failures of kings, prophets, and rulers, even long after they died, so that future generations would learn and not repeat the same mistakes.

3. I also dare to say that civil law has no rule forbidding you from analyzing or even harshly judging the legacy of someone who once held public office. Libel and defamation laws exist to protect the reputations of the living, they don't bind you to silence when someone has passed, especially if the truth matters for public memory.

4. It's common sense, therefore, if a leader inflicted suffering on millions, that truth doesn't get buried with him. Honesty and justice demand that we name things for what they were so that the living can learn, and societies can move forward. Praising what should not be praised, simply because a person has died, does nothing but insult the suffering of those who lived through their leadership.

5. For those who feel that criticizing Buhari now is somehow disrespecting the dead as Reno Omokri ignorantly and hypocritically thinks, let me say this plainly: YOU'RE NOT ONLY WRONG BUT DEEPLY DISILLUSIONED. We need to learn, as a people, that sugarcoating the truth helps no one. If we keep pretending that every leader becomes flawless once they die, we will keep repeating the same mistakes that brought us pain in the first place.

6. We will not forget the threatening statement Buhari made before he came to power; that infamous threat about dogs and baboons being soaked in blood if he didn't get elected. We will not forget how he valued the lives of cows more than human lives, how under his watch entire communities were wiped out by herdsmen just to protect the lives of cows, while the government looked the other way. We will not forget how Boko Haram and banditry thrived and even spread wider during his tenure, despite all the promises to crush them in months. We will not forget the End SARS victims, Nigerian youths gunned down in broad daylight at Lekki Toll Gate while their own president stayed mute and cold and even tried to cover up the evil. We will not forget the hunger, the inflation, the dashed hopes, the families that scattered abroad because they lost faith in the country under him. And now you want us to pretend all these never happened and start "honouring the dead" because once he's in the grave, the truth must be buried with him too? Damn, that's the highest level of hypocrisy and self-deceit anyone can sell.

7. Honest reflection, even when it's uncomfortable, is not disrespect but it is clearly how societies grow up.

8. For those who think otherwise, please exit the "fool's paradise", start seeing clearly, honour the living more, for the ones we've got are you and me, get a life and live accordingly.

Shalom!
Fr. Chinaka Justin Mbaeri, OSJ
