Guys abeg what's the easiest way to go for this type of refund as I'm hearing news recently about Aliexpress delaying refunds or opting for coupons settlements

I ordered a hand fan following reviews gallery pics but when the fan arrived today, it was a complete knock off of the pics displayed by reviews, looks similar but not same, a serious knock off

Same thing nearly happened to me last year when i wanted to order soundcore boom 2 but it was actually a soundcore boom 2 se, they did put display pics of boom 2 but was actually selling boom 2 se, after some weeks they now changed it but i was lucky i didn't place the order otherwise i could've gotten a boom 2 se of 30 watts in place of boom 2 of 60/80 watts, i just don't know why all these deceptions woth them even highly recognised brands are not exempted

What's the best REASON option to choose in this type of situation for me not to loose the refund

Even with the purported high price, you can still get the watch cheaper during major sales on AliExpress, like the just concluded. Knowledge of 'coupon and coin' combination during checkout is what it requires.
In fact, I got one KUMI smartwatch for as low as $12 (around 18k). The selling price during the sales was $41( about 60k). So interesting!

10$ off on orders of 20$ above
35$ off on orders of 70$ above

Omo henceforth i will be using opay on AliExpress to see how it perform, high rate is better than having your money disappeared without nobody to hold em shirt.
The annoying part is even the coupon they gave me doesn't work, i tried to use it to purchase for someone it didn't work. Omo at this point i have accepted that this money is gone.

Something isn't right man, usually it's not advisable to cancel your order because you will get a coupon+refunded amount back to your bank if seller failed to ship it on time.

Also Something some folks haven't know in AliExpress bank to bank transaction is if your bank converts your money(naira master card) to AliExpress they might give their own said conversion to AliExpress and sometimes seller won't find the amount comfortable most especially if your bank refuse to accept that amount refund to them the bank.

Example is Zenith Bank it's a very terrible experience with them they can even add minus to your account balance deducting their money (profit) if their's a refund(very complicated)

The twice refund issue you had, were either of them refunded with coupon or money to the original payment method used(bank card)?

I accepted the coupon refund offer Which they acknowledged and I still haven't received the coupon refund or normal refund ,all of a sudden i received this message. I will continue to disturb their customer agent until they refund me or ban my account.

Sent them an email and nipost said they have no record of the item in their system. Said response from the post office.

Once your item updates recieved by local delivery company", it's mostly definitely with nipost. Probably not your local post office, but certainly with nipost

Seems like we're in the same boat. My package is also stuck since 7th October.
Been to the post office 3 times now, same response when they check - package is not in their system which means its either not in the country yet or tracking numbers are invalid. Reached out to seller and he keeps saying I should contact courier. Just fed up sincerely.

Hello guys please help, AliExpress is offering to refund me through coupon but i don't need to purchase anything from AliExpress again cos i have already purchased the said product from local store, if i reject this coupon will i still get my money refunded back to my account?
Please help, anyone that has been in this AliExpress refund problem please say something to me,did you later received your money to your bank account?. This issue is really stressing the hell out of me.

What if i need my money back to do other things and don't want to order again,what will happen.

I have complained to them ,they said the issue has been escalated and i should wait 3-20 days to see the refund, but i will keep disturbing them every 3days.

Be careful guys , AliExpress is in a very big REFUND problem, if you are thinking of cancelling your order think twice ooo. Imagine waiting for AliExpress refund processing to be completed but ended up failed. Please who has been in this situation before?.
