what happened is pure greed. He tried to take undue advantage of you since you didn't do your bargain from the beginning of the trade which is very bad. Next time ask rate before you initiate a transaction.

Like i said i have waited for the 14 days he claimed the refund will take (19th being the 14th day.) 4 days later and still no refund. I equally texted, called and emailed him without any response.

That is the mistake you made. The rate should be the first thing to talk about, even for somebody you trade with all the time. Because his/her rate can change let alone somebody you are trading with for the first time since your regulars are not buying paypal at that time

Granted which is why I didn't lay this complain until after the 14 days. The issue now isn't his rate..but that I didn't get a refund.

We didn't agree on a rate at any point during the transaction.

SCAMMER ALERT
I Transacted with Sanchase on the 30th of March. The transaction was a Fiverr PayPal withdrawal $72.

I had seen his post advertising his interest in buying funds as well as the fact he's been here since 2015. My regular exchangers were not buying Fiverr withdrawal at the time and I needed foods for a urgent issue.

I noticed his method of claiming Fiverr funds was rather unnecessarily lengthy and requied me sending screenshots of my completed orders on Fiverr which i found suspicious but he said PayPal required it.

After the back and forth he finally gets the money in his account then he said "you'll get credited with 18k later today"

Obviously I was alarmed. What rate did you use?
Then he said "exchanges below $100 are exchnaged at #250" I was clearly infruirated cause this was clearly BS.

When i made it clear I didn't start exchanging funds yesterday he went ahead to say I should convert the money to pounds then deduct a $10 sending fee for money gram and i should check how much it would be.

Pounds? Moneygram? What business do I have with these variables??

I immediately registered my distaste and made it clear I won't be played for a chump.

He then said he had initiated a refund and I would get it in 14 business days he even added try not to jump into the lagoon before then and blocked me on WhatsApp.

I have been patient for said 14 business days after which i gave him the courtsey of calling, texting and emailing him to resolve the issue.

It is now clear to me that Sanchase is a scammer hiding behind the transactions he has carried out with unsuspecting persons.

I may not get back my funds but this scum must not be allowed to continue scamming NLs.

For the latter part, he presented a certificate but upon cross examination we discovered it was a "Nepa certificate".

For posterity sake, future PwC applicants pls note that the Numerical verify tests at their office is similar to the online one. However, they probably intentionally let a few questions that would take time pop up at no 7,8,9 and 10. If you relax as you solve the first few questions, then it might hit you later. Maintain your speed!

As a way of leading the digression from this, I hope you all know that if your first name begins from A, then you would have a busy next two weeks.

Mails for OPQ are reportedly set to drop from next week Monday and will run till Thursday/Friday. Interviews begin May 1, 2018.

This means you would have to do your Personality tests ASAP and the following week prepare for the interview in groups of 10.

Kindly read up on the OPQ (from previous threads) as a significant number was dropped last year at this stage, to the surprise of many. And then the interview is expected to be intense. It would be better if we discuss this from today, now that there seem to be a little spark on the thread.

I actually feel mails for OPQ will start dropping this week starting tomorrow. Then OPQ will run through out Next Week and interview would start from May 1st like you said.
Also looking forward to hearing about the OPQ as i haven't gotten as much data as i would like from previous threads except for the obvious fact that alot of candidates don't scale this stage.
