Piponomics: Here is a quick strategy for newbies. Simple and straight to the point using just one indicator. Just Rozays BBStop and a few trade management modifications. Stick with the rules here, comeback at the end of April and tell me how far

Entries will be scouted on hourly charts of EJ. Take trades on break of BBSTOP TP is 200pips. SL should be behind the Bbstop but to avoid spikes, leave the SL open and close the trade when the stop turns against you. Move to BE when up 100pips. Then Move to 100pips immediately profits crosses 150pips. If 200pips is not hit, take whatever presents itself at the opposite turn of the BBSTOP.

Some may be wary about not using SL but you dont have to be unless you are using lots bigger than your account. If you have an account under $1,000 you dont have any business using lot size more than 0.1. At $2,000 you can then move to 0.2, $4,000 you can move to 0.4 etc. In fact always make sure that a trade will have to go against you by 1000pips before you get margin call
Now kindly disregard this lot size lesson if you cant stick to trading one pair. if you must open more than one trade, make sure the sum total of your lots do not exceed the lot size stated for your account balance!!

Using this strategy on EJ alone this month, one would have netted at least 600pips even with the choppy nature of things. You can call it "intraday swinging"
Of course, this (like everything Forex) requires discipline. It is not easy seeing 100pips end up closing at BE or 50pips ending up as a loss. The focus for you should be on the big kills while avoiding loss of capital always.

Newbies here will of course be tempted to sign up under his PAMM account (which was his plan of course and as they are doing already) but we know how these stories always end. Look through Edujoy's post and see if he should be talking to someone about "trading inexperience". Lol. Anyone making decent money from Forex in Nigeria (at least $1,000 monthly) is always very reluctant to even talk about trading in the offline world let alone sell software, organise seminar etc.
You married through Forex? Yes. How are we supposed to know? Should you even be telling us? Who asked you? Too much exposure of 'personal details' is one of the signs of Scammers looking for accounts to crash. Not saying you are one though.
If you are really experienced, you should know there aint one way to trading,thus you shouldn't start saying trash like 'they will crash their accounts in 6 months' etc because you use a different strategy. Even with your all powerful strategy, people will still crash accounts!
BTW, for those that always jump into using any new system that presents itself, Oscillators usually lead to HUGE drawdowns especially on larger timeframes. Don't go and start using Stochastics on 4HR timeframe with a $100 account expecting to 'hammer'.

Right at the top of your mt4platform Select Tools, and select option click on trade you will see deviation by default type in 5 if you are a swing trader but if you are a scalper type 3 and click ok. That will be a permanet end to requote problem

I am naturally an impulsive and tempestuous person but I always want freedom and I don't like feeling cheated. If I take a position and make 20 pips out of a 200 pips move I feel grossly cheated, however, my impatience make me close the position within 20 pips because the market is not impulsive like me. So what I desire is in conflict with my nature. My natural disposition should be towards scalping but I also know that the other side of my nature will make me over trade.
My desire points me in the direction of being a swing trader but my nature makes me close positions early because the market is not impulsive like me, it will do what it wants to do!

So the way out for me is to pick my desire over my natural disposition because I think what a man desires will always overcome their nature, therefore, I had to work on getting a convergence of both my desire and nature.

Outside of the market place, I work on my impatient nature, I take things easy! I make a conscious decision to work on my temper, I bite my tongue when I want to rant at people. I shout into my pillow sometimes and I stand in my bathroom and take a dig at whoever or whatever in front of a mirror and most of all I learned to meditate.

Y'all will ask what all of these has to do with trading?!

Well,Trading is the only thing that will make you confront who you really are because it will accentuate all your good and bad habits. If you really want to succeed, you will have to confront and overcome yourself. It will be easier for some than others but it's your determination and commitment to your own success that will make you overcome YOURSELF.

We all like to think we are committed to our own success but we really aren't ?! Think about that folks.

Piponomics: Would want to make two requests please, let's all resolve to ignore that slowpoke posting the religious balderdash.. With every reply he gets encouraged. If everyone ignores him, he won't bother typing the drivel again.
Secondly, I would like to suggest that we make the seasons of the thread to be in accordance with the year. For example, since we are in 2013, we can stay in season 13 till the end of the year and open season 14 in January 2014. Afterall Seun has lifted the embargo on threads going above 100pages.
Just a suggestion though.

Piponomics: Like Naijababe said, welcome to trading. These people you see here have also crashed accounts. You just crashed one that is prolly around $200 and you want to give up. Personally, I crashed 5 accounts totalling over $5,000 before I got it right. Of course it will be hard for you if you don't have somewhere to get money from but yea you get the picture.
My advice will be for you to fund the account again with anything you can afford and get a system you will stick with through thick and thin. Then trade with microlots. Forget about living off the profits for now.
If you have the discipline, you'll turn that small money to large funds.
Some will disagree but trading live funds based on trade calls made by others is a recipe for disaster. It should be for crosschecking and nothing more.

naijababe: Well done Endy! I like to keep it simple and that gem really does make it simple. One singular adjustment I made is to remove the best trend oscillator and use the DT stochastic instead and also an 8 sma. This is the result!

dboy365: I was in your shoes years ago , (making more than 100% at the beginning of the week and losing all or even getting a margin call in 2-3days time) until I found the "Holy grail-ME" which would be yourself. Discover yourself and all things would fall in place. Any system can make money with good mm but the problem has never been and will never be the market but "YOU".
