Am so open to Love but I just don't feel it.

I've heard people say 'I want to love and be loved '.
Most times we just feel loved because we love the other person not necessarily because the person loves us. Sometimes too we don't feel loved even when the other person loves us.
So my question;
how do I feel loved when am actually being loved?


Ps: I already know about the Love of God and what it does in my life.

Am a first year Biochemistry student in UNN and I want to change my degree program to pharmacy. I have not seen my first semester results but that is not a problem to me. The problem is how to go about it, I will like to hear from people who has applied for the change of degree program before and how it went, was it successful? was it through the usual connection? or you just bought the form and your name appeared on the list.
