I don't think it's exactly the same thing as Big Brother Africa. BBN has some slight variations from BBA.
In BBA each the votes are sorted country by country so the contestant with the highest number in a country takes that country eg 1 vote. So at the end of the voting period votes are counted in terms of number of countries. In my opinion, it will be difficult to replicate that format for BBN. Except they want to sort the votes by states? Or by voting medium eg sms/wechat/website. It's mainly a Nigerian show,so it's just easier to count the votes and arrange in terms of total numbers.
