Now there is a new slogan.. its called "Devaluation of the Naira".This means inflation and on the long run, austerity... For the Business man/woman who leverages on people, it means time to continue making cash and build residual income. For the 8 to 5ers(workers), this period is characterized by the fear of redundancy and layoffs. For the small business owner, its crunch time: salary cuts and business failures. For me ,I always wonder why people wait for the crunch, the layoffs, salary reductions and outsourcing of jobs before they decide on a plan B! If you want a change, its not OK to just wish it, you've got to have the guts to go grab it. The Fahrenheit Business group will be talking about residual income and how to leverage on your social capital this weekend in multiple venues around the country. We will have two special sessions in Benin as follows: Date: 29th Nov. 2014(This Saturday). Venue: Nas Anchor point,Irhirhi street, off Airport road,Benin City. Time:12pm prompt. Date: 30th Nov. 2014(This Sunday). Venue: Constantial Hotel(mini hall) opposite Benin Airport Exit Gate, Airport road Benin City. Time:1pm prompt. There are around 400 species of aloe plants. They are all succulents found in arid regions throughout the world. They’re each beneficial in their own ways, but there is only one species that has been recognized for millenia for its magically soothing abilities—Aloe Barbadensis Miller. Records of this plant exist on Sumerian clay tablets from as early as 2200 BC. Aloe’s cosmetic and medical benefits were prized the by ancient civilizations of Egypt, China, Greece, Rome, India, and Arabia. Just like these ancient civilizations, Forever Living reveres aloe for its soothing, nurturing properties. We rely on the most valuable, most exclusive aloe vera to enhance our health and beauty products. We own all the aloe plantations used to make our products, so we can guarantee the purity and potency of all our products. Our aloe vera products were the first to be awarded The International Aloe Science Council’s Seal of Approval. Look for their seal of approval on all of our aloe products. We insist on the best—and that’s exactly what you get! Click on http://www.brumeodufa.flp.com/products/?language_id=263 to see more of our products |

Up for sale is my 2006 Nissan Murano. Engine - 3.5l v6 Mileage - 60k Interior condition : one or two tears on the seats.roof has been redone. HISTORY I got it in 2010 from banix autos in may 2010. The car was previously hit from the side and the side curtain airbags deployed, tearing the roof at the sides (that's why I worked on it)....and I'm still mad at Banix for not disclosing this. The gearbox was changed to a maxima gearbox in 2011 after the original CVT was inexplicably damaged ( was using nissan CVT to service it) Now use dextron III ATF. Overall, the car still looks and runs good. It looks better than it did when I first bought it! -AC works well -Stock Subwoofer doesn't work (was drenched in palm wine)....so I installed an aftermarket one. -Front passenger window is stiff sometimes. price : 900k Given the above information, interested parties can call me on 08068797021 as from Saturday ( I no dey naija now. I'd be more than willing to grant a test drive. No unnecessary criticisms and comments please. I just want to sell this car, not because of any of the aforementioned...just got another one.
