Carrick has got the so called "USELESS" players liking and enjoying their football again.

Fans need t relax and take thing easy. Carrick may not have a fancy name or have won a Portuguese league title but he is a quiet and cerebral,thinking coach. He has got the team playing positive Manchester United football.
We need to support him until the end of the season.

l didn't forget . Amorim main sin was not playing players in their main position n tweaking formation.Discipline was gradually being restored when Rashford ,Gnarcho n co were sent packing.No mata how good Carrick is if he doesn't know how to bring down the hammer when necessary the team will crumble.Amorim f..ked up but he also brought some sanity .
If Carrick continue like this he should be given one yr contract,then watch n c.l dnt really like Erique or Xavi.Well know coaches v not been favouring us .let go back to basics

Continue? Honestly, I don't trust these players. We saw all these with Ole and RVN. The first 20 minutes of the game flashed our memory back to those boring and pointless gameplay where Rashford or Martial would eventually save the day and we chant Ole at the wheels, knowing there are obvious cracks in the team. The dreadful gameplay of not being able to string passes successively couldn't hide itself and that speaks volume.

Overall, Carrick deserves a chance should they sort the midfield and get rid of the likes of accidental Dalot.

My problem is Carrick riding on wave of new manager bounce? Amorim has already structured all players to be defensively minded n discipline .lt was there to see yesterday.If Carrick is really good tactically it will show as more matches are being play.Presently besides Dalot,Yoro we r not too bad so I didn't really understand what u mean " if we continue with these crops of guys" . Personally is only that midfield we need to strengthen.

Yeah, he played most of the players out of position but the team is in this position now because the man got us there for someone else to build on his legacy.

I hold no brief for the man, but this is Amorim's legacy. Never forget that even as you're overjoyed.
It's always good to beat the two teams we've beaten so far, but just like Carrick is not carried away, nobody should be about this team cos these players are still suspects.

If not for the blunders and the needless draws, we would have been contenders even and that's because of one man. There's also the possibility of the players rebelling against his Iron hand approach, but he formed a team that was frustrating to play against.

This is what i v been saying.Unlike ETH , Amorim left us much better than he met us.Rigidity , inability to play players in their best positions finish him.These players want to win now.We saw how Dorgu was tracking back to help Luke shaw.l think Amorim stern n "over discipline" caged these players.Now they can express themselves.Tbh I don't even recognize Dorgu again
Now the big question- shud Carrick continue if he maintain this tempo ?

Of course there is no guarantee that they will work out. I personally think Wharton lacks mobility .

I would go for 2 out of Elliot, Baleba, Garner. Garner cos he would be cheap if we can get him before he signs a contract extension. Baleba if the fee is reasonable. None of that 100m talk again.

P.S It all depends on how much money we have to spend and how good Vivell is.

Maybe we go guns blazing and get our midfield sorted in the next window.

I was talking more about off the field leadership. You can’t lose both Casemiro and Bruno at the same time. Maguire’s future is also up in the air.

If you lose those 3 at the same time and bring younger players of good quality the team will still suffer from lack of leadership.

Most of the work that goes into making a good team is not on match days.

Totally agree with you.Just hope ,pray we will not lose lord Maguire / Bruno next season.Y are u so confident we will get a good replacement for Casemiro? Am not really seeing them

It will be suicidal to lose both Bruno and Casemiro at the same time. If Casemiro leaves i am almost sure Bruno will stay for at least next season and so will Maguire. You need rugged men to guide the younger ones.

Then financially we just don't have the money to get the 2 CMs we already needed and then replace both Casemiro and Bruno as well.

losing Casemiro ( With no good replacement) at the end of season is even suicidal.

How can u compare fela with Wiz?.lf not for internet, advancement in musical instruments people like Wiz, Davido etc will be relegated to dustbin.Bob Marley,Fela , Michael Jackson , become popular worldwide bcoz of their creative genius.Technology / internet plays a large part in musical production now.How many Nigeria musician can do a real live show by singing with their real voice?

It has nothing to do with Amorim. Ineos have always bought well.

lt has everything to do with Amorim whether directly or indirectly .ls coach formation or tactical approach that will determine players given to him.He might not be involved in scouting but his input sometimes will definitely be needed.

Besides good tactical formation by Carrick the energy n determination ( which I didn't often see in Amorim tenure) was there.They wanted that win but can they sustain that same energy in other matches?.Tbh Amorim left us much better than when he met us .He bought good players . Arrogancy n rigidity is what finish him
As for Mainoo let us pray this positive ascendency continues
