please don't misquote me .Read what I wrote.l never equate his anxiety state to him been an atheist.lt was a reference of his state of being .l was trying to point out even if he doesn't believe his religious faith anymore occasionally he will still v that anxiety.He looks like an extremist.His fanatic beliefs was just masking the real problem .l might be wrong but this is what I sense from his write up

I can't be a Christian and not worry for billions of the earthlings that are most likely going to spend their eternities in hell fire, even if I feel I will make heaven. I have never had rest of mind one day imagining how billions of sinners will go to fire forever while I'm with God singing hallelujah. Believe me uv a mental health issues cause by anxiety.Even in so called Atheist state I can still bet this fear issues still comes occasionally due to worldly stress

My BP has always been within the normal range ever since I left religious matter for about a decade now.

My University days are laced with sicknesses and breaking down even during examination periods, yet I was very religious, never missing church services.

Then came my final year when I started to question everything. That was the only year I didn't write my exams in sickness. My health was firm and my result was very good.

It took me 4 years later to eventually abandon religion and its gods totally. From then till now, my BP has always been within the normal range.

What I have learnt in life is that what actually causes BP is not stress, too much work, etc, but worries. You worry about where you will spend your eternity Omoh, you will end up dying quicker. You worry too much about how to live to please an imaginary god, hmm, your case is Sope Otilo.
