• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

• Develop and review business proposals for new and existing customers Participate in tender review documentation process, bid management and review of contracts from clients.

• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.

• Deep understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies.
