To value a property in real estate in Nigeria especially is as easy as anything!!!
The best method so far in valuing properties in real estate is Comparable Sales method..
CSM is about getting comparables on the net that meet following requirements:
1. Resemble the subject property in size/shape/design and location
2. Have sold recently generally within six months of the appraisals
3. Have sold in an arm's length transactions
