I said when u have opened Device Manager, then Press Options & tell me what u see there. . . I want to know if your phone supports OTA update. What i saw was Device software v10.0.053 Device updated not updated. when u now press option it display check for updates settings help exit. @ Dragnet i think that is all u need for now , i even mailed u.check pls |
