I just passed Zenith bank recruitment test and would like to know how much they pay entry level staff and what the work environment is like.

So guys after two interviews and a medical, I have been given an offer letter and have started work. Thanks for all your contributions.

Peopleplus, an arm of Zenith bank conducted the recruitment... They said those who passed the test would be offered a 2 years contract.

After the test, we were asked to wait behind. After like an hour, they brought a list and asked those whose names weren't on the list to go, that they'd be contacted later.

We were then given a form to fill... We also chose were we'd want to be posted and gave them permission to conduct a medical on us.

Pre-test chat
Recruitment test
Interview
Then presentation of VIP/HNI.

You don't try sha but you never reach to begin salivate on the money except you to know it before hand incase you might need during the interview..

The thing is, Peopleplus are the ones conducting the recruitment, and the HR said that those who pass the test will be given a 2 years contract. Those who impress would be permanently staffed at the expiration of their contract.

Some of the staff even congratulated those of us that passed the test afterwards.
