After the test, we were asked to wait behind. After like an hour, they brought a list and asked those whose names weren't on the list to go, that they'd be contacted later.

We were then given a form to fill... We also chose were we'd want to be posted and gave them permission to conduct a medical on us.

Hmmmm, it used to be in the order below. Except if you things have changed..

Pre-test chat
Recruitment test
Interview
Then presentation of VIP/HNI.

You don't try sha but you never reach to begin salivate on the money except you to know it before hand incase you might need during the interview..

The thing is, Peopleplus are the ones conducting the recruitment, and the HR said that those who pass the test will be given a 2 years contract. Those who impress would be permanently staffed at the expiration of their contract.

Some of the staff even congratulated those of us that passed the test afterwards.

That’s not full staff (ET) ....
It’s a contract position...not that bad shaa....just thank God..your mates no get any thing..

they will convert you after some time to full staff usually 2 year if you are in a good branch with a good branch head...some people spend more than 2 years before conversion..

I did test on 18th of January 2022 and we were ask to wait for documentation..I want to ask how many weeks would it take for them to call us for interview..and what are the likely questions they would ask..
