Hello everyone, please I need your help. I'm team DIY.
Paid for 4 differents e-passport for my family on Monday night with my zenith card. immediately after the transaction I tried to print out the receipt but nothing came up but I'm sure because it shows application successful payment at the end.

But on checking the tracking info next day, it shows no payment confirmed yet.
