"Dis whitey(a slang used for foreigners) go break O!, na by force 2 jog?" i tot, starring at the most ugly, bald headed, tiny creature i had ever seen.

"Koko'nma!" i jolted at the mention of my nick name, "who else knew that name?" it wasn't Laz voice, out of curiousity i Turned ignoring the friendly hand of my godmother pulling me to Jog fast.....I turned! yeh!....

I felt Empty that morning, Lucy my roomie had gone for "THE USUAL". Living off Campus was a terrible mistake i made, as i had to trek my long ar's'e from my room to Ikpa road daily.


Five missed calls, 2 msgs. I hissed when i noticed it was d usual boring nite calls form broke guys. "Men!, Men!!, Men!!!" I said still lying on my King size bed....Juz lyk a thunderous bolt memories of my past crossed my mind nd it ol came lyk a FLASH BACK!.



"Koko-nma!(An efik name which means Munny's pet), are u still sleeping?" my godmother queried, "come on young lady it's 5:30am, letz go for a jog. "Dis woman never old?, na dis kain tin dey pain me O!, see as she use joggin take dry my ya'n'sh" i hissed.


godmother was a foreigner married to a Nigerian, She is Kind hearted, beautiful, humble, rich and Brave! yeh! Brave! Her name: "LAZ"


We jogged round d beautiful Estate smiling and waving to familliar face around.

Help? i asked in my subconcious state. I was half awake.

The sounds of the drums grew faint and I tot i heard a knock.


KPON! KPON!! KPON!!!, The knock and the Sounds of the drums Rhymed...
"Jeez!!, whats happening? why d drums? Is it dooms day?" I Murmured.
"Oh! silly dog! U sneaked in 2 greet? by why are u...Ah!!!" A mild
scream escaped my lips.
My spirit excused my flesh at the sight of the horror in front of
me, Billy my favourite pet had its eyes plucked out with no trace of
blood. Is it my imagination? Did i juz hear it speak? Of course it
spoke! Doz words that made me IMMORTAL
