I mail their ccu@ customer service email and I always get response.
No issues with them so far, although I have never tried their withdrawal so I cant speak to that.

Their onboarding took about 1 week+ before I could fully start using the app sha, and I found it rather annoying but afterwards funding has been seamless

Check the correspondence email sent to you for onboarding, there is a staff email in copy who is supposed to be your go-to person. The guy who helped me while I was doing mine has resigned.

By the time the 91 days elapse and you wanna re-invest, there is a probability that rates might have gone lower for both 91 days and 364 days tenor.
