When is Gt qualification date?

A good strategy is this :

1. Have a lot in MMF (if you arent that young anymore)
2. Have about 20% in equity.
3. You will observe the little you have in equity will outperform MMF.
4. On red days, MMf will chest your losses and even neutralize it if the yakubu is not gigantic
5. On green days, MMf will amplify your gains. Green from equity and green from MMF.

But for you to enjoy this strategy, you need to have a good sum in MMF first.

If your risk tolerance and horizon is high high, then allocate more to equity and you will 10x your money faster than MMF.

But remember, MMF also wins in the long term. Infact someone did an analysis in the other thread about how MMF outperformed a bullish stock over a 20 year horizon.

So true I got 1m within a month from MMF, however have been strategically going back into EQUITY again in batches

Gtb equity find is nowhere, the 180 says holding period is annoying me. I would have just moved to parompunt.

You should have considered moving your funds from GT Equity to any MMF. Taking a 15% penalty on net profit for early withdrawal would have been better than losing over 20% while the investment continues to decline. At least MMF would have provided an opportunity for your money to grow.

Do you really need this if you're investing for a long term (2-3 year)? By the time you withdraw and put the money back when it starts booming again, you've missed like 5% of gain.

I'd rather miss the first few minutes of the party than be there for the whole disaster. If avoiding a big loss saves me 30% and I only miss a 5% rebound, I'm still way ahead.

As of April 17th, Zedcrest was still giving bullish runs not until May 18th. Good you have a stop loss amount because the market as it is will bleed for a long time. It’s better to see the loss in a portfolio managed by yourself.

Transparency to investors via daily updates performance from paramount and Zedcrest is why I am not bothered about red days. Fear those fund managers that take a day or two to update.

Sincerely Paramount has been transparent enough compared to GTEF, whose inconsistency and discrepancies was alarming in April when all FM were green, GTEF was constantly on red, I moved 90% of fund to buy the dips in May, and I am glad I did so.

A whole month on red and you say someone shouldn’t complain, the reason we all come here is to see performing equities, i dont see any reason why someone should not port to a performing asset, its my money i guess, so you can’t tell someone what to do and what not to do with their moneys, if you want to remain on red please do with your full chest

I understand your fears, however, the loss recorded is nothing compared to the gains for someone that started in January. I would advise you liquidate and create your own portfolio, that I believe will give you rest of mind.

If it was already verified during account opening, then they have no reasons to request for it again except they felt some suspicions

ALL was GREEN for yesterday...

GTB equity didn’t update on Tuesday, which was a strong green day. Yesterday was bearish. Today’s update combines Tuesday and Wednesday, so it ends up in the green. Since they don’t update within 24hrs, I no longer trust them. Expect tomorrow to be massive red from today market activities.

@Bluearrow, @loriHamo have you guys initiated withdrawals from GTEF, how was the processing? I hate the idea of them having to update a day after trading because it means they get to keep the profit your investment makes

If na you nko, you go fit declare high yield for your fund investment subsidiary make people withdraw their whole money from your bank take do investment, the bank go suffer because there will be no much money for them to give loan out. You know say people trust them past others like Zrosk, Zedcrest and other, because say them get bank.

So true the trust is why I am stuck with them, got 1m+ today hope I won’t lose half of it tomorrow when they update base on past experience. I also have Zedcrest and paramount but na one eye I take they observe them

I sincerely believe they are criminals and manipulating the figures, they recorded a loss 1.47% for yesterday trading, I am 100% sure they will record a huge loss for today trading by tomorrow afternoon. Nobody knows what stocks are in their portfolio.

Don’t initiate GT withdrawal on red days, do that once they bounce back then go hard into Zedcrest. I went into Zedcrest in March during those reds days and am surprised with how much have made.

Q1 (January–March) is often the strongest window.
Q2 (April–June) can still be good due to dividend season.
Q3 (July–September) is typically quieter due to low trading volume and less catalyst news. You can accumulate undervalued stocks.
Q4 (October–December) is positioning season in anticipation of year end results.

GT equity has given me 11.38% since April 1st till date, I believe today’s market update will be posted tomorrow by 7pm. My problem with them is lack of transparency, I have no idea of what stocks in their fund fact sheet nor daily percentage gain on their poorly designed app.

GT equity result is that of yesterday, someone said “ They usually update the previous day's return around 2pm the next day.” so expect today’s result by tomorrow
