Errr, no, actully, A loaf of bread costs around $1 - not millons, and this was the case, even in 2009 when you posted this comment. Maybe you need to actually keep more up to date with what's going on. Zimbabwe also has (and this has been the case for many years) the highest literacy rate in Africa (http://news.xinhuanet.com/english2010/culture/2010-07/14/c_111953488.htm) so it;s no surprise that it features several times in the top 10 of this list.
