ADP EMployment change is +176,000 (better than expected figure of 100,000).

Momentum is now with the USD and with commodities, as well as the AUD. If you did not enter early, sorry. BOM and its people will block everything.

US stock markets will open higher, so if you are with a binary options broker that will allow you to trade the market open, that should give you some money.

July 4 is a trading holiday in the U.S.on Wednesday so trading is expected to be light; however, volatile moves may take place because of the thin trading conditions. On Thursday, the European Central Bank is expected to announce an interest rate cut. Look for the ECB to cut its benchmark rate from 1% to .75%. This rate is not quite as low as the U.S.and the U.K., but at least in the same direction. The move by the ECB is designed to provide some relief to the Euro Zone banking community.

Traders have to watch for weakness on Thursday since a change in the interest rate differential often puts pressure on the currency associated with the rate cut. This could mean a challenge of the lows for the week.

That it wont touch 79.25 by the end of tomorrow, even after the NFP comes out.

lows were 79.15 on June 29 and 79.30 on July 2. Currently at 79.65

one signal says it will touch June low of 79.15 in 1 days time, another says it wont even touch/fall as low as 79.25.

Ideas, anyone?

This pair tends to be very sensitive to the nonfarm payroll number, and considering that it comes out this Friday it is very possible that this pair will do very little between now and then. However, if we get a good jobs report, it’s very possible that this pair will finally break above the 80.60 level and produce a long-term buy-and-hold type of position. As for selling, we simply will not do it because of the Bank of Japan and the fact that it is working so hard against the value of the Yen below this area.

Bet Idea:
The USD/ JPY has been range bound for the last few days as traders switch between the two safe harbours. A breakout seems likely with all the data due in the next couple of days with the recent trading patterns giving the pair a downside bias.


A good way to play this might be a TOUCH trade predicting that the USD/ JPY will revisit the lows of its recent trading range at 79.15 in 1 days time (Friday's close). This could return 151% if successful.

after closing at 1615 near support yesterday, Gold rose 2hrs till it touched 1619 near 1620 resistance at 2:15 AM GMT. It then fell about 3 hrs till it touched support at 1611 at 5:30am GMT this morning.

It touched 1618.5 at 08:12 GMT and is moving sideways now.

Means if you can get in between 1618.50 and 1620, it will fall for about 2hrs ....

We have German factory orders at 11.00 with an increase in activity expected.
The Bank of England rate statement follows at 12.00, with the ECB statement at 12.45 followed by the press conference at 13.30.
US ADP Non Farm Employment change is at 13.15 with unemployment claims at 13.30 and non manufacturing PMI at 15.00.
