sleek09: I used your strategy on Random Index 50 yesterday on my virtual account and it was cool. Please, how many trades do you place to get 50 dollars daily. Can you please let me know and how u do it. If only i can get 30-40 euros daily, i will be just fine. Please, i will be waiting for your response.

Manweysabi: When u use $50 to place a trade, you'll get nothing less than $5 profit. If u target trading 10 times daily, you'll hit that 50 dollar daily profit

win $5 vs loose $50? hmmmn ... dicey! u'd need need 10 or 11 straight wins to come out tops, but most are already recording 23/23 anyway, so ... its all good !

in case $50 is too high to start with, you can use this approach:

day 1/round 1 : start with $5, and go for 11 straight wins. u should have $10 at the end of the day
day 2/round 2 : save $5 from day 1, start with $5 til you have $10 again
day 3/round 3 : start with $10, go for 11 straight wins till you have $20
day 4/round 4 : save $5, start with $15 till you have $25 or $30
day 5/round 5 : save $5, start with $20 till you have $30 or $40

continue till you have $50 (of their money) to play with, and maybe $20 saved.

if/when the $50 gets wiped out, you can always start afresh with a $5 from the $20 u've saved.

my brother, you cannot trade NFP in advance.

We wait for the day to arrive and move with the market.

the good thing about NFP is that once the market direction is established (on that day), all you have to do is place like 5 to 10 of 5mins or 15mins bets back to back and close shop.

I agree. I think we should stick to only a few pairs that it has proven to be effective with, e.g EUR/USD and USD/JPY.

EnterPro also suggested CSM. That would be wonderful in my opinion.

To avoid losses also, I think we should not enter too many times. One or two positive bets is ok till we get a counter signal.

USDCAD also works well, especially on the 30mins TF. I think it also flows with Oil News.

So are we looking at:

1AM - 7AM (Asian Session) : USD/JYP, AUD/USD

8AM - 2PM (UK/Pre US Session): GBP/USD, EUR/USD

3PM - 9PM (UK End/US Session) : USD/CAD, USD/JPY

just a quick observation: i dont think it works equally well with all pairs.

is it only EU u trade with it?

i suspect that the current market forces might just be in favor of EU (making it not too volatile, etc)

now that we have another source of reliable/accurate signals, it will be good if we can also identify what makes a currency pair the best to trade at what time. is it news, us index, sentiments or what?

armed with those 2, winning BOM will be a walk in the park.

Well, on that account, my rule is simple............only enter a trade when all the indicators I have installed(LST, DDFX, MBFX.....henryliu.......some don't even have names) and the default(Stoch, RSI, ADX etc) ones plus other trade news agree/support one thing.

Its time to enter dangerous grounds with BOM.

when you get to forexpro, you'll find usd index under forex tab on the small box on your right. Click on it, or access it via google search.

rightlagos: B4 I posted this, I had tried a lot of ways 2 get a signal from forexpro. Traded indices, commodities, forex, with different strategies. B4 sticking to this.

by this, i assume:

1. Trading only at the start of each session

2. Basing your buy/sell on the strenght of the dollar index alone, without using the technicals for the pair you decide to trade?

3. As long as dollar index is weak, you sell uj without checking uj indi, and buy eu without checking eu indy? Am i right?

EnterPRO: with currency pairs, i could execute immediately without the 10mins delay of indices.

I opened all the major pairs in seperate tabs and scanned them every 5mins, checking from 5min tf to 5hr tf.

If i get 3 strong sells on 5mins tf, i bet for 5mins +/- 2mins. If not, i move to the next tf and keep moving till i get a tf with 3 ss and i bet +/- 2mins to that tf.

I had like 80% with usdcad, 70% with nu and au, and 60% with uj, which is why i am here.

after some time trading uj, all the signals were strong sell from 5mins tf to 5hr.

Meanwhile, uj was rising on the chart.

The interesting thing is that while the uj indicators were showing ss, the sentiment bar was showing 75% bullish, and my charts confired it as well.

My conclusion is that some/all the indicators on forexpro lag, which is why i would like to read your reviews as well.

For now, i'll use d indicators to set my duration, and use the sentiment bar and charts to buy/sell.

Or better still, make trades only when sentiments/charts correspond with indicators.

rightlagos: no problem. we are here to help each other. u will see usd index by d left. indices are by d right. follow d link by dgr8. Note that d USD INDEX is FOREX not indices. It is a mesure of d strength of usd against other currencies. Ok?

1. why do you prefer touch/notouch more than the other options?

personally, i find it limiting in the sense that the duration is long(er) and the returns are low(er). (with rise/fall, i can quickly reverse a wrong trade).

2. do you mind sharing/explaining the strategies you use on touch/notouch so the house can add/subtract?

How I wish I had got the news earlier. We should all look out for August 2 and July 31. Abeg make all of us work together as a team towards those days because if some important news come out, its gonna be free money.
