I watched the video and as much as I understood her reasoning for suggesting some parts of the old testament do not belong there, I believe there's a purpose they were written and it may not be solely because men manipulated it.

I could use her logic and suggest Genesis 2 doesn't belong as there's already Genesis 1 or that Genesis 1 doesn't belong as it feels disconnected from Genesis 2-3.

Now for Absalom's account of sleeping with his father's concubine it was recorded in second Samuel where she suggests that it would take time to sleep with David's concubines and then mention there were 10 of them but the scripture suggests David left a few of which she says that's not David's nature to leave anyone behind. Now that's an assumption on her part. She says it will take time to sleep with all 10 because the next chapter of 2 Samuel 16, in 17 Ahitophel urges Absalom to move quickly.

I believe the act of sleeping openly with his concubines isn't a days thing but in hours, a man could easily go rounds on one woman in one night speak less of when it's not the same woman.

We also know that from the Bible Jehovah can choose to block or blind or confuse the spiritists or opposers of truth. In Lot's day, Jehovah blinded the men trying to find the door to Lot's house. Yeah, as regard what you said about the media, at one point I had messaged a few local news agencies to share some info about what was going on. One of the reporters immediately responded via email and said he'd been wanted to expose Watchtower for a long time. He had family in California "in the truth" and he grew up going to the KH. His older had gotten baptized, but they both left before the younger brother got baptized. The family was shunning the older brother, but since the younger one was never part of "Watchtower" they still talked to him. Anyway, the reporter was interested in meeting up to talk about things, but then a few days later he suddenly clammed up and said he didn't want to pursue things because he didn't want someone to hurt his family in California. 😳

Why am I bringing this case here? The context of Revelation is a message to all the congregations claiming to be Christian. Jesus is coming back and he is making an accounting. He will pour out the figurative "plagues" on hypocritical/pharisaical Christians so that everyone will know who really is God's friend and who is actually a spiritual prostitute.
