Consult an urologist to know exact cause of low sperm count. If that is fixed, then the count goes up naturally. Drugs like addyzoa just makes it faster. I used cashew nuts and walnuts to correct motility. Nuts generally. Am not a doctor, get a urologist for professional advice. I was having sex during my medication anyway.

Thanks for your response sir. I will do as you said. Funny enough, i was thinking it's gynaecologist that also attend to male infertility. Not untill yesterday that a doctor put me through. Meanwhile i once paid a gynaecologist for medical advise and he attended to me like that was his profession. He even recommended me for a fertility test which i did in the same hospital. When the result was out, he said he doesn't understand what the lab technician wrote. That i should go to another hospital for the SFA. I was short of words.

I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. I know someone whose wife got pregnant barely 2 weeks after surgery. Most men seek gynacologist advice instead of urologist hence drugs like addyzoa don't give dem results. Only a urologist can diagnose varicocele. My advice, know the cause of infertility B4 treating low sperm count.

Please i need help. I'm having low sperm count of 12m and at if tbat was not enough, my Sperm motility too is extremely poor (60% dead and only 10% rapid). I was so scared that i went for culture test just to know the cause of my problem, but from the culture results says that I'm infection free.

Please i need suggestions on what to do to boost my sperm count/motility. Please you people should help a brother. Also, is it true that throughout the period of my medication, i should stay away from sex?

I don't know if this is the right section to express my frustration.

It all started two days ago when i advertise my used US iPhone on phone section and offerup thread in technology section. Just one post each, i was so shocked to discover that I've been banned by an antispam bot for 3 days. I was so upset as i was wondering what my offense are.

Then fastward to today, i tried logging in my old account. The very first account i created since i joined nairaland in 2011, only to be told the my username or password is incorrect. I tried back severally and it was the same result i got. I opted to reset my password, only to be told that my email is not found.

Note: i hardly post or comment with my account. I only come online to read updates. What sort of injustice is this? At least Trump's account broke some rules and it was deleted, what then is my own offense.

Please how can i get the attention of these mods. They have to tell me my crime. Please i need help
