Well u shld have immediately told her u were pulling her legs and apologize. Well whatever we dream of at times in the night is what we have been bothering our minds with during d day, it may not really exist. Try occupy ur mind daily about being the president of Nigeria, nurse d dream daily, ull certainly see urself being sworn in as Nigeria president in ur dream one day. You still need to adopt the enduring attitude. because ur gf/wife is pretty does not mean she lacks self control. Try trust her unless otherwise uve caught her red-handed.

DAY 11, Its a sad thing when we find ourselves silly at some attitudes we display in bad notion and wrong motifs. Its good as ure realizing that most times ure wrong in ur thinking about ur spouse, some men dont think that way. Now u know ure not always right in ur judgments of ur wife, present and past.
For me as a person I have the same attitude, over protective of my wife and hence at times I mess up. But it comes frm her as well, she is even more jealous than I, But one thing helps, , if ur wife really wants to help you, she will desist from those things that seems to trigger ur suspicion of her i.e. if she keeps much male friends and play a lot with opposite sex, if she goes to parties without u, if she keeps un warranted late nights, or receive calls at ungodly hours frm pple u dnt knw especially males, on the other hand u can as well help urself by making friend with any1 u suspect her with and try to knw the guys intention, ds way u make d guy uncomfortable. Also show no doubts about her actions.
Mark it, some women take advantage of trust and do and undo, but when u knw ur woman is decent, ignore every thoughts of suspicion tht comes ur mind, rather let her knw u love her and u dnt want to loose her and tell her to be careful wht she does cos she sure may not meant it, but pple might misconstrued her actions and she will loose respect of pple around.
Always let ur woman knows tht AIDS doesnt show on faces and whatever happens to her ull share in it, always ask her if u did d same she did dt makes u feel bad how will she feel, blieve wht she tells u and try to ignore negative thots until u see an obvious situation like kissing, smooching, on bed together or in an isolated ungodly places. Actions like phone calls, holding hands, making friends, fondness of a male friend, going to parties shldnt be a basis to suspect ur woman of infidelity. THIS WORKED FOR ME.

In the 1st place some men see it as fun, some uncontrollable lust and some their wife doesnt have or have lost the regular endowments of a standard lady, or what they value in women. Now for those that sees it as fun, they should view it as a waste of resources, i.e. imagine how much you spend each time you have to take a lady out (if such money are regularly saved, they will go a long way in making you a convenient future in terms of fixed assets) and the danger of busted condom (visa to hell HIV AIDS). For those with uncontrollable lust, its like addiction/affliction and very difficult to stop, hence such men needs deliverance, become holy and attend church or mosque regularly, read and follow the doctrine of the holy book to guide your attitude and way of life, this is very rewarding. And for those whose wives doenst seem to have what makes a woman attractive (physically, i.e. beautiful face, nice shape, hips, burst, ass, cat walk, hot legs e.t.c.), a woman should at least have one of these otherwise her hubby might find it in other women and get carried away. So such men are unfortunate because the only option they have is to adopt the belief that beautiful women are prone to infidelity temptations while the ugly ones will always be left for the hubby alone, lol! Funny though but when you build that belief, you will always appreciate your woman and have less or no affection for the pretty ones that swarms around you. But basically, a common solution is to adopt the true Christian/Islam way of life. Be Holy and Faithful. Respect your family.
