The heat issue is probably from the usual Xiaomi bugs... Probably from an update.. Jus downgrade to the most usable version of MIUI on your device and manage... While I was using the 9s, they released three updates released for Android 11, but I always went back to Android 10, those updates were some exotic bugs as usual... 12.0.3 Android 10 was the version that was most stable, that is what I was always on while I was using Note 9s... You can try and flash that particular build and I am sure your experience will be better... The thing with Xiaomi devices is you should NEVER rush to update whenever you see update..., it will almost always end in tears

Thanks man, the bugs issue made me put my android 11 update on pause 98%.
I have been looking for way to delete the update file but don't seem to locate it, and it has already occupied 2.3gb or so,
Can one Go back in between MIUI updates ?

If you want to enjoy gaming and literally everything else.., if you want rest of mind jus forget Xiaomi.. Their hardware is great and decent prices, but MemeUI will frustrate your destiny.. Poco X3 Pro, Poco F3... The users of these devices have been suffering and smiling... Xiaomi dishing out different varieties of Poco bugs every update.. MIUI 12 is all manner of bugs, but it is especially buggy in Poco devices...The experience is terrible

My advice is if it is gaming that is your priority, and you don't have sufficient budget for a flagship device, just stay on your Note 9s, it is basically the same chip as that on the Redmi Note 10 Pro..

Poco X3 Pro was made with Gaming in Mind, same with the Poco X3 GT, Black Shark 4 and Black Shark Pro. Others are Lenovo Legion Duel 2, Asus ROG Phone 5S, Nubia RedMagic 6 pro and 6s Pro.

If CODM is all you need a phone from these are were you should start from.

No chief not just CoDM alone, tho I do game 6hours on the 9s and the Heat is not noticeable.
Had it been Note 9s would play CODM on low Settings smoothly like CoDM season 3 was i won't even decide to Look for upgrade.

I'm only concerned about the heat nothing else

In terms of bugs, xiaomi is not doing well and I think they need to fix this. The last time I used xiaomi was almost 2 years ago (I wanted to try another brand). Now I decided to buy redmi note 10 (6/128) as a second phone and I'm amazed by the many noticeable bugs. What made me consider xiaomi as second phone is the second space feature. But the bugs are something else, also 5000mah battery is delivering 4000mah in real usage. I'm not sure xiaomi declared real battery capacity.

Now that's another Observation I also notice. The bugs are getting rampant and they seem to ignore them or fail to fix it on their update.

Am just stuck at the moment and Confused on Should I get the 10 pro or just mind my business and stick with the 9s

I have a clean used Redmi Note 9s 4gb/64gb with Box and charger bought last year during the pandemic I think June 2020 and used by me alone.

2 cases ( 1 dark Green silicone and 1 Rick Sanchez case
1 unused screen guard (With clean screen guard on the screen)


NOTE!!!
I'm a carless person. I have broke/crack so many devices but this one mange to survive my recklessness.
BUT!

1. the SIM ejector punch hole is bursted (I mistakenly went and used a sharp Tailor Needle to bring out a SIM and it ended up bursting the punch hole) to get the SIM tray out would require you use a razor blade sliding it to the side of the ejector. if you don't swap Sims frequently chasing free VPN cheat then you have no issues with this.

2. The charger was Handled Roughly with the charger head having a K-LEG or sort shape

This is the only device I have used that I find it surprising I did not crack the screen or damage the edges.

Starting Price/bidding is 55k FIRM from now till October when I would have gotten the required additional funds that can afford to buy a Note 10 pro.
(But if you seem fit to pay today, no long thing it's yours.)
