PHOTO: This Nigerian Woman Married 2 Husbands Same Time for 11 Years!
A woman from Delta State who effectively hid her adulterous relationship from her husband, Lekan Onipede, is now on the run after she viciously attacked him with boiling water and pursued him with a knife.
The woman, Rosemary David, had a son for Onipede, a 31-year-old indigene of Ondo State, about 11 years ago, when he was 20. While still living with him under the concept of common law marriage, and in what would appear to be a case of polyandry, she allegedly hooked up with another man in Delta State and had two other children (a boy and a girl) with the man, and then passed them off as Onipede’s children.
Over the years, David perfectly juggled the two ‘husbands’ in Ondo and Delta states, co-habiting
with one or the other in a near seamless manner until the bubble burst, and set the stage for the heinous attack on Onipede after accusing him of adultery.
The tale began when David who was living with her parents in Ore, Ondo State, got into a relationship with Onipede and became pregnant.
SunNewsreports:
With Onipede insistent on not allowing her abort the pregnancy, she dropped out of school and later gave birth to a baby boy. After the birth of the baby, Onipede relocated to Lagos to study at a technical school and also seek means of earning income to support David and the baby. While Onipede struggled to find his feet in Lagos, David alternated between living with her parents and Onipedes’ parents in Ondo State on the one hand and her aunt in Delta State on the other hand.
Two years later, Onipede completed his training at the technical school at Abule-Ado, Lagos State, got a job and then invited David to come and live with him. This began their ‘marital’ journey. A few weeks later, David informed him that she was pregnant. Quite upset with the news, Onipede expressed his displeasure, but promised to do his utmost to cater for the family.
As it would later turn out, David regularly traveled to Delta State to visit her aunt and her mother, during which she would stay for three weeks or one month. She continued to make the frequent visits to Delta State until she gave birth to a third child.
The first twist in the tale occurred four years ago, when Onipede and his elder brother attended a wedding in Delta State, where they met one of the brothers of David and his friend named Okey.
When Okey learnt that David was married to Onipede, he laughed scornfully and said: “Okay, let’s see after the wedding because we have something to talk about.” Okey exchanged numbers with Onipede and they kept in touch.
When the duo spoke, Okey told Onipede that his ‘wife’ had another husband in Delta State. Despite the protestations of Onipede, Okey challenged him to trail David to Delta whenever she embarks on another visit to the state. Still unbelieving, he did not act on the advice until the 2014 Easter period when David traveled to Delta State with the third baby.
Onipede called Okey, who urged him not to believe David’s story of going to visit her aunt. Acting on this advice, Onipede trailed David to Delta State and spent three days searching for her. On the third day, he finally saw her with another man. Heartbroken, Onipede returned to Lagos the same day, after discovering his wife’s infidelity.
Recalling what he overheard in the bar that night, Onipede told Sunday Sun:
“As I sat at the bar monitoring my wife, one of the men seated there said that he did know what Rosemary always went to do in Lagos. Every time, she would go to Lagos and leave her husband here at home. I am sure it is because of the first wife of the man she is married to. I returned home, I took my two children that Rosemary left behind for blood test since DNA test is expensive. The only child who had the same blood group as my was the first child I had with Rose in secondary school. When she came back from Delta, I told her that I got a new job and said that she should go and do a blood group test as the company required the whole family to do such. When she did it, the second and third children had the same blood group but it was not the same with their mother’s blood group or mine. That was when I knew the children were not mine.”
Based on this discovery, Onipede told David he didn’t want anything to do with her again. She left for her parent’s place in Ore with the children.
Despite the separation he continued to cater for the children. Then one day David called and said she wanted to visit Lagos to buy jewellery and sell in Ore, Ondo State. Out of a sense of
charity, Onipede said he invitOndo State. Out of a sense of ed her to stay in his apartment to ease her accommodation problem while in Lagos. Upon her arrival, she tried to perform her wifely duties, like cooking and cleaning. To discourage her, he casually mentioned that he was in a relationship with a young lady, who was already pregnant for him and would give birth soon.
The revelation enraged David and she extracted the lady’s number from Onipede’s phone. She then called and threatened her. David allegedly made several unsuccessful efforts to start up a fight between her and Onipede. On Friday of that week, he left for work and deliberately stayed back in the office to avoid her. But on Saturday night she called him and pleaded with Onipede to return home because she needed money to make up her fare to Delta State. The next day, he went home and gave her the money she wanted and laid down on a settee in the room to rest.
It was at this point that David made her Jezebelic move. From behind, she poured a pot of boiling water on his back. When he screamed and turned towards her, she did the same to his stomach. With his body severely scalded, Onipede rushed out, calling his landlady for assistance. She advised him to go to the Police station to file a report. Mounting his motorcycle, Onipede headed to the police station as David continued to rain curses on him. Enraged that he left her in the house, David allegedly picked up a knife, flagged down a motorcyclist and instructed him to follow Onipede’s motorcycle. With both motorcycles trapped in traffic, she continued to hurl insults on Onipede while passers-by watched her. Soon enough, people who didn’t know the facts joined in insulting him for sleeping with a prostitute and not paying her. The apparent support of the by-standers fueled David’s anger, prompting her to pick up a plank by the roadside and almost hit him with it before she was over-powered by some men who promised to deal with him instead. As the argument was still going on, Rose brought out the knife and tried to stab him. Upon seeing that she had been held back, Onipede told the sudden roadside jury that David was his wife and he was heading to the hospital to treat burns he got after she poured hot water on him. Instantly, the people turned against her and forcefully dragged her to Area K Police Station, Okokomaiko.
She was promptly arrested, detained and asked to make a written statement. As this progressed, Onipede’s burn wounds had become critical necessitating the police to transfer him to Ikeja General Hospital, where he was given proper medical attention.
The next twist in the tale happened when the brother of the lady, who is a policeman attached to the Iyana-Ira Police Station allegedly facilitated her release by taking somebody else to the station to secure bail for her. Though David promised at the police station to apologise to Onipede, she never did so or bother to visit him at the hospital.
“I never knew she was going to react like this or even get angry. We are no longer together so I was shocked when she took the news personal and attacked me with hot water. Actually I saw the pot in the bedroom but I never checked what was in it,” Onipede said, recalling that terrible day.
As it stands now, the police are said to be making efforts to track down David who is on the run

PoliticsJonathan Personally Called INEC Returning Officers To Rig And Increase His Votes by esantex(op): 6:03pm On Apr 19, 2015
Jonathan Personally Called INEC Returning Officers to Rig and Increase His Votes To Win
According to their
findings, President Goodluck Jonathan played a direct role
in efforts to rig Nigeria’s presidential election that took
place on March 28, 2015, including placing telephone calls
to pressure returning officers to alter vote tallies.
The extent of effort to rig the polls for Jonathan and the
outgoing president’s direct role in the scheme, emerged
from interviews and tips offered by electoral officials,
security agents, foreign and Nigerian election monitors, and
members of the president’s own party - the PDP.
Weeks before the election, as Jonathan’s internal pollsters
warned that his reelection prospects looked dire, the
president and his inner circle of associates approved
several measures to rig the elections...
Investigation by Sahara Reporters revealed that these
included massive deployment of soldiers to several states
in Nigeria’s southwest to help intimidate voters
sympathetic to the APC, the redeployment of police and
other security officials to ensure that those who favored the
incumbent president were assigned to “politically tough”
states, and the movement of massive amounts of cash to
designated states to entice both voters and opposition party
agents to swing their support to Jonathan.
When all the steps failed to deliver enough votes to the
president, Jonathan and his inner circle went into panic
mode once collation of results began. At the end of the first
day of election collation by INEC, as it dawned on the
president’s team that he was headed for defeat, Jonathan
sent retired Colonel Bello Fadile to shop around for any
judge who would give an order to stop the collation.
A judge told Sahara Reporters that this effort largely failed
because the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court had
warned other judges to refrain from entertaining such
controversial and potentially incendiary election-related
cases . The one judge Mr. Fadile thought he could count on
pleaded that he had left Abuja for his hometown for Easter
holidays.
Once the plan to use judiciary to scuttle the collation
collapsed, Mr. Fadile recruited ex-Minister of Niger Delta
Affairs, Godsday Orubebe, to lead the role in a plan to
physically disrupt collation of results.
Mr. Orubebe drove into the collation center with two heavily
armed men believed to be Niger Delta militants. Once Mr.
Orubebe arrived at the International Civil Center (ICC), of
the collation venue, the Department of Security Services
(DSS) withdrew its security detail clearing the way for Mr.
Orubebe’s thugs to foment mayhem. The agency also
jammed the Internet service at the center, making it near
impossible for reporters at the venue to access the Internet.
Our investigation revealed that what saved the day was the
refusal of the Nigerian police at the venue to accept the
order to withdraw from the venue. The police commanders
at the collation center demanded an official letter from their
Inspector General if they were to leave, arguing that their
posting to the venue had been done via an official letter.
“ We said it would be unwise to leave [the collation center]
without a counter letter or signal from our headquarters,”
one of the police officers told our correspondent.
As Mr. Orubebe began his disruptive action, Usman
Abdullahi, an aide to INEC chairman Attahiru Jega, sent
text messages to a few notable Nigerians as well as some
Western diplomats alerting them to the possibility that the
armed men who accompanied Mr. Orubebe would abduct
Mr. Jega. Sahara Reporters saw a copy of the text
message.
Mr. Jega’s calm response to Mr. Orubebe’s antics, as well
as the refusal of the Nigerian police personnel to quit the
ICC, foiled the plot to abduct the INEC chairman.
Mr. Jega remained on his seat for the better part of the
day, refusing to leave the table even as he declared short
breaks to await the arrival of election returning officers
from various states.
Sahara Reporters learned that several of the returning
officers were flown into Abuja on a presidential jet.
However, the jet made unusual “disappearances” and
curiously long delays in bringing in returning officers from
the South South and South Eastern states. One of the
Presidency sources said the president ordered a delay in
flying in the returning officer of Borno State by at least four
hours. The president figured that the poll results from the
state would widen Mr. Buhari’s lead, giving Nigerians and
the global community a clear picture of the APC
candidate’s decisive and irreversible domination of the
presidential polls.
While the returning officer from Borno State was
abandoned at the Air Force base in Maiduguri, the returning
officer from Delta State presented figures that temporarily
seemed to boost Mr. Jonathan’s electoral fortunes .
Several sources disclosed that these delays were part of
President Jonathan’s tactical game. President Jonathan
made frantic calls to several returning officers from the
South South and South East urging them to bump up his
final figures to enable him win by at least 500,000 votes
against his rival, Muhammadu Buhari. At the time of the
president’s calls to returning officers, Mr. Buhari was
already leading by at least three million votes according to
authentic results published by Sahara Reporters the day
before Mr. Orubebe’s meltdown at the ICC.
A source at the Presidency confirmed to Sahara Reporters
that President Jonathan personally reached out to at least
four returning officers to ask them to inflate presidential
election figures by several hundred thousand votes to
enable him win the elections. In one instance, the source
said, one of the returning officers told the president that the
number of accredited voters was not up to the figures
Jonathan wanted him to present to INEC. According to our
source, the president remained unfazed. “ Just declare the
votes, I will take care of the rest ,” the official quoted
Jonathan as stating.
Our sources at the Presidency said Jonathan was counting
on the usual tactics of using corrupt judges in the Court of
Appeal as well as Supreme Court to uphold the outcome of
fraudulent elections.
The sources also revealed that Sahara Reporters played a
critical role in frustrating the president’s rigging plan by
publishing the unofficial results of the presidential polls
based on accurate compilation of results called at various
state collation centers. “When your website published the
results, there was little or no room to maneuver,” one
source at Aso Rock said. He added that Mr. Orubebe’s
reference to the publication of the election results was
actually a reference to Sahara Reporters’ accurate
representation of the polls tally from across the country.
Our source said that, having been convinced that President
Jonathan could pull off a victory by manipulating figures,
some of his ministers and party officials began celebrating.
For instance, a junior minister for Foreign Affairs, Musiliu
Obanikoro, tweeted that he wished to be the first to
congratulate Jonathan for emerging victorious. Also PDP
spokesperson, Olisa Metuh, spoke on Channels TV, urging
the APC to accept defeat and behave peacefully [in
anticipation of the rigging] .
In the end, President Jonathan and his team came to terms
with the reality that no amount of hanky-panky could
secure victory for them. Jonathan’s much-praised
acceptance of defeat was not part of his original design,
according to sources close to the president. They said
world leaders had inundated Jonathan with calls
demanding that he accept the outcome of the polls. The
calls were intensified as soon Mr. Orubebe began his public
action aimed at disrupting the collation.
Diplomatic sources in Abuja told Sahara Reporters that the
UK and US put enormous pressure on President Jonathan
not to undermine the collation process or scuttle the polls.
The barrage of pressure finally worked. Jonathan gave
orders for the pilot of the presidential jet to head for
Maiduguri to pick up the Borno State returning officer.
Once the official was brought to Abuja, the final collation
was done and Buhari emerged the winner.

Re: Executive summary regarding Nigeria tapes
Nov. 27, 2014
Guardian Consulting Group LLC were engaged on Nov. 10
to conduct forensic examinations on an audio recording
purported to be a private discussion among presumed
Nigerian officials regarding disrupting an election (“The
Recording”). The first phase of the engagement was to
conduct analysis to identify the voices on The Recording by
comparing them to public record samples of known
individuals. The second phase was to judge the veracity of
selected parts of the conversation to a degree of scientific
survey.
Executive Summary of Findings:
IDENTIFICATION
The following voices from The Recording were subjected to
a Forensic Voice Frequency Comparison against known
samples and were found to match to a 98% degree of
certainty:
• Governor Ayo Favose
• Senator Iviola Omisore
• Hon. Abdulkareem
• Caleb Olubolade
The following voice from The Recording was subjected to a
Forensic Voice Frequency Comparison against a known
sample and was found to match to an 80% degree of
certainty:
• Senator Musiliu Obanikoro
VERACITY
• Gov. Avo Favose was being truthful when he said: …there
is no vehicle that left this place without that sticker.
• A person identified as Obanikoro with 80% of certainty
was judged to be completely truthful when he said to a
person identified as Abdul Kareem: If am a happy man
tomorrow night, the sky is your limit, and at the end of the
day if am unhappy…I am not here for tea party, am on a
special assignment by the president.”
• A person identified as Abdulkareem with a 98% degree of
certainty said: “I was the one who created road blocks, I
was the officer on ground sir.”)
DETAILS
The primary sample provided to Guardian Consulting is
identified as “The Recording” for filing purposes.
The client provided these known samples:
Governor Ayo Fayose - www.youtube.com/watch?
v=WOce2g4O9XM .
Senator Iyiola Omisore - www.youtube.com/watch?
v=ByzAuXi5k8k
Honourable Abdulkareem - www.youtube.com/watch?
v=UM1yY4E4Qaw
Caleb Olubolade - www.youtube.com/watch?
v=K9XIaxRwjyA
Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro - www.youtube.com/watch?
v=bO2SyPkk52w
METHODOLOGY
Starting with provided sample, identified here as The
Recording, voices were isolated and five voices were
positively identified as uniquely identical through voice print
analysis. One additional background voice fragment was
isolated but no identification was made (n.b. It is possible
that the additional voice came one of the five subjects but
was distorted due to a recording or transmission glitch).
The unidentified voice fragment was fleeting and did not
make up a substantial part of the conversation.
The Forensic Voice System (“FVS”) measures including
frequencies discernable by the human ear as well as others
above and below human recognition. Patterns of the
frequencies are entered into the FVS in which a
Frequency Voice Print is then produced and displayed. The
Voice Print is quantified for comparison.
The process was repeated with the provided known
samples and Voice Prints were established for each of the
five subjects.
Identical words were identified from The Recording and the
known samples. Each of the identical words was printed.
The prints were then compared leading to the following
conclusion:
• Governor Ayo Fayose was found to match the public
sample to a 98% or greater degree of scientific certainty.
• Senator Iyiola Omisore was found to match the public
sample to a 98% or greater degree of scientific certainty.
• Honourable Abdulkareem was found to match the public
sample to a 98% or greater degree of scientific certainty.
• Caleb Olubolade was found to match the public sample to
a 98% or greater degree of scientific certainty.
. Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro was found to match the public
sample to a 80% or greater degree of scientific certainty.
The prints were further analyzed for veracity. No
substantive untruths were identified: 85% of the
conversations were deemed to contain identifiable veracity
to a 98% degree of certainty. The remaining 15% was
identified as inconclusive.
The findings are based on the samples supplied. We relied
on public identification of the known samples.
Further analysis of the voice attributed to Sen. Musiliu
Obanikoro may result in a higher degree of certainty, but
quality of the original recording not the additional publicly
available samples are the primary reason for this level of
veracity being listed. Further analysis against the new
samples will be completed on Monday December 1.
