Yes technology first but they also have good customer support and I'll say more experienced tech team Smartweb was the only hosting company in the state plus they already made a lot of money in the industry over 10 years it's not a small thing because they already had much customers but 80% of those customers aren't happy that's why they ended up losing more than half of those some to naijawebhost and others to other hosting companies
