My brother's call up letter date of graduation is different from that of statement of result.

He is now stranded in camp.

Which would you advise I go for considering future prospects of the job, growth, benefits, and opportunities. I know the salary of FFS is more than that of the Ministry, but I’d like to know about other advantages.

His DPO doesnot want to allow him go, that he can only get exemption letter...that he cannot release him for more than 5 days, and he cannot be collecting salary and NYSC allawee at the same time

If you have a family member that was/is a civil servant, ask them questions before you start shouting. After salaries and wages commission are done with their own, ministries and MDAs will consolidate their own with their charts. Agencies under the same ministries don't collect the same salary so imagine how long it will take to consolidate everything. This is a significant increase, likewise adjustments will be significant.
Budget also has a role to play.
