Mowe land has come to stay, and its real, if govt can vouch for some developers in the area,it shows the reality of the area,from the lawyers pictures you can see some estate development in progress, Rome is not build in a day, they say.

Some estate is with C of O title, approved layout from land bureau, approved survey from Ogun State Government. Even those that have not collected but have it in processing have the No to verify fro the land bureau.

MAYFLOWER GARDEN OFADA IS STILL SELLING FAST FOR N580,000 plot with discount,installmental may be reduce latter but for now N35,000 monthly installment for 19 months with bal of N15,000 to complete it as N680,000 price for a plot.

How do we sort out the genuine and honest one? Any clue?

donfidel,it is very simple to no the 30% Ogun State govt is talking about.Just call some of this developers on phone through any of their advert,tell them you like to visit their site for inspection.
Make sure you see the progress of the work they are doing at their site,confirm the title of the land,approved layout signed by Land Bureau of Ogun state.

All this are very important,not all the estate have collected C of O but at least the serious ones have collected approved layout of the estate,only 1 or 2 estates in the whole Mowe and Ofada have collected their C of O.Ogun state govt are willing to give them but depend on their processing,seriousness and the time they approach the govt for it,its takes time for it to come out.
My advice for you is to confirm all this and inspect by yourself,the axis is really good to buy.

Mayflower Garden Ofada is still selling fast-seen is believing,visit the site and see,inspect what you are buying,confirm the documents at Land bureau Ogun State.
Who says Mowe/Ofada is a bush,the person only see where the development has not getting to in Ofada.It has come to stay,buy among the performing ones,work is seriously going on at the site everyday.Evidence is from the Lawyers post - Pictures don't lie,pictures don't lie truly,i will advice the potentials client to make sure they inspect if not in Nigeria they should have representatives to see on their behalf.Also they should confirm the titles the estate they are dealing have to show.

Mayflower Garden have commence the perimeter fencing of the estate,the construction of the gate house is in progress,development of the prototype bungalow for potentials client for sale on request.
