So, the Supreme Court will not take on the 2027 elections since they are still occupied till 2030.

PDP National Secretary Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu has emerged victorious in the first round at the Supreme Court. His request for an accelerated hearing of his appeal was granted today.

The appeal seeks to overturn the December 20, 2024, split ruling by the Court of Appeal in Enugu, that ordered his removal as the legitimate National Secretary of the Party. However, this decision has not yet been implemented due to a stay of execution granted by the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal in January 2025.

The Supreme Court's hearing is set for March 10, 2025, with the possibility of a judgment on the same day. We are highly confident of victory. ✌️

Today's ruling is especially important considering that the Supreme Court schedule is booked through to year 2030.
