I think PI$D have to prove to us how the damages amounted to 9billion Dollars .The deal is just paper work,where are the proves that they entered into contract with any firm ....the problem is always on the Nigeria side sadly,people just sign contracts when small change get swapped without reading the details of the document. I don't even know why you would enter into Arbitration in a country where they would be perceived conflict of interest. The should just collect $500million and walk away before I spoil their case for them...The F.G should get cunning lawyers not big names
