The recording shows that they asked Ekweremadu to leave the venue. They told him to go back. He refused, he tried maneuvering his way into the meeting, they dragged him out and wanted to tear that symbol of injustice he wore to the meeting. He hurriedly entered a car and left.

I don't see anything assault there. IPOB can claim he wasn't invited to the meeting. And They forced him out.

Ekweremadu will be foolish to press charges because he knows his people are angry with him.
