So for the past 35 years Imo existed prior to emergence of Rochas has it not survived? The way some of you write sounds funny to me.

1) Rochas is the reason Imo is not industrialized

2) Rochas is the reason for Hotels and Fast foods dominating the economy.

3) Building 120 schools in 2 years is not an achievement

4) Constructing rural roads and trasforming Orlu to a full city is nothing but propaganda

5) Beautifying Owerri is a waste of funds

6) Resuscitating Ada palm and concessioning it to a private firm is evil

7) Removing subscidy from Concorde hotel and handing it over to private managers is bad

Constructing new bypasses to ease traffic in Owerri is bad

9) Rochas free education is bad because we already have excess graduates and hence do not need more

The realistic total annual billing would be around d 1 billion mark. So ladies & Gentlmen do d maths, for every month u don't have a routine of these aided how much are u saving. Also The DG's in d ministries can do d work of commissioners. So it makes sense.
