There are no such thing as bl inventions. First of all the muslims civilized the Berber groups and the majority influence in spain and scientists were arabs or persians(mostly central asians one). You will not in any Alternative universe on this Planet ever come close to rule the World let alone rule africa. Africa was and still is ruled by the indegenous Berber and the eurasian arab backflow DNA.
