Hello NIV.
Great job on taking out time to answer the questions concerning the Non-Immigrant Visas. I have a question, my wife and I were granted B1/B2 visas in 2014 in which her passport then was in her maiden name. The visas have now expired and we plan to embark on another trip to the U.S. and now her passport has been renewed in her married name. I tried accessing the website to see if we could update her information but saw that the area which had her old passport could not be edited or updated. Please can you assist on what we can do:
1. How can we apply for a visa renewal using her new passport details, since her previous details were in her maiden name.
2. Are we both eligible to apply through drop-box program.
