You get ebike wey dey run GEN1-4 NON-SMART motor?
The engine/motor dey get ERROR code for the dashboard? Some error fit bi service repair, while some fit bi electrical issues.
On whichever eror or fault. Na only the AUTHORIZED shop wey di give license fit to repair or service dia engine/moto.

But, good news for you wey nor get the authorisation to service the motor, but you get software wey go epp u diagonise tool to fit take service the motor and the tool dey work like the original or abi like the one wey the pipo wey make the ebike make by dia sef.
The work of this tool includes:
Epp you CLEAR ERROR code
Remove di RESTRICTION on speed
Re-Progamm or Re-Configure the brainbox of the MOTO.

Like I mentioned, for when I start, I say, this tool nor support the SMART Generations of the moto and na for only the No.1 eBike engine/motor manufacturer, wey bi germani product.

Go try those method wey I mention. You go confirm first if ur decoder na original one. Look for mate wey get the same make una rob mind.

How do your power your box(direct/adapter)?. I ask this just to verify if you any of the supply method might be faulty or even the socket. Check...
These are method to restore your decoder. This method only apply to Original STRONG decoder not a clone/fake one
Method 1: Using RS232 cable and a computer
Method 2: Peering two decoders together(Alive decoder of the same model and yours together via inter-decoder firmware transder.

From your explanation,I can verified that your setup box had bricked. You just need to flash it with a new image. To do that, you need to visit the manufacturer website to obtain a copy of the model firmware.
