Need a laugh? These 15 giggle-inducing family comedy movies are age-appropriate (and seriously funny, too) Family Comedy Movies: It can be tricky to find a kid-friendly flick that manages to get Mom and Dad laughing, without the risk any “Earmuffs!” moments. We rounded up the best family comedy movies out there, all of which are guaranteed to get giggles out of parents and kids alike. Next time your brood needs a laugh, order some pizza and snuggle up to watch all the best kids movies. Expect plenty of jokes for kids, as well as a few designed especially for the grown-ups in the room. Best family comedy movies are: 1. Mrs. Doubtfire Troubled that he has little access to his children, divorced Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams) hatches an elaborate plan. With help from his creative brother Frank (Harvey Fierstein), he dresses as an older British woman and convinces his ex-wife, Miranda (Sally Field), to hire him as a nanny. “Mrs. Iphegenia Doubtfire” wins over the children and helps Daniel become a better parent—but when both Daniel and his nanny persona must meet different parties at the same restaurant, his secrets may be exposed. 2. Shrek While kids’ movies were making pop-cultural references before this DreamWorks toon came out, none of them were quite as savvy as this ogre’s tale in dismantling legendary bedtime stories—and in a way that kids would find both clever and funny. It’s like a collegiate Postmodernism 101 course, only aimed at elementary-school students and with better fart jokes. 3. Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Father and failure-plagued scientist Wayne Szalinkski works tirelessly on a shrink-ray invention in his attic laboratory to no avail—until one day the contraption finally works. His kids and the neighbors unknowingly wander into the lab and are hit by the laser beam, shrinking to 1/4 of an inch. As the concerned parents search for their youngsters, the kids make their way through the now larger-than-life world around them, tackling perilous obstacles like mud puddles, an ant and a bowl of Cheerios.. 4. The Lego Movie With one obvious exception, toy stories do not have the luckiest big-screen pedigree: the results are often either sugary cartoons for undemanding kids or noisy blockbusters for brain-dead teens. If the producers of ‘The LEGO Movie’ had taken either approach, there would have been an outcry: these lifeless plastic bricks are too beloved, too iconic to be subjected to the Hollywood sausage-factory treatment. Luckily the script is witty, the satire surprisingly pointed and the animation tactile and imaginative. 5. The Princess Bride Could Rob Reiner’s simultaneous send-up and celebration of fairy tales have better captured the imagination of all who live for the phrase “Once upon a time…”? In-con-ceiv-able, we say! You won’t find a sweeter love letter to the glories of cross-generational storytelling. See more.... http://hapimum.com/best-family-comedy-movies-watch-kids/ |

Members of the House of Representatives clashed on Tuesday, over President Muhammadu Buhari’s health status. The lawmakers did not seem to agree over the use of the word “sickness”, in referring to Buhari’s reason for being in the UK since January 19. Some said the President was sick and was away to treat himself, while others claimed that he was on “medical vacation”. The House Majority Leader, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila, started the argument when he tried to stop the Chief Whip, Mr. Alhassan Ado-Doguwa, from describing Buhari as a sick man. Both Gbajabiamila, who is from Lagos State, and Ado-Doguwa, who is from Kano State, are members of the APC. Ado-Doguwa said the country was already under tension because of Buhari’s absence and could not afford any “partisan” activities. He added that a group was already campaigning for the 2019 presidential election in a volatile place like Kano. “Our beloved President is sick abroad. These partisan activities are completely unnecessary and baseless. The police must do their work of protecting lives and property anywhere in the country. “The sponsor of the motion failed to lay the facts of the issues as they are,” he added. Gbajabiamila shouted “point of order” and requested the presiding Deputy Speaker, Mr. Yussuff Lasun, to ask Ado-Doguwa to desist from calling Buhari a sick President. Gbajabiamila stated: “There is no factual basis for what he is saying, that Buhari is sick abroad. “The President is not sick. Nigeria’s hairiest women, Queen Okafor, 27 year old is one of the hairiest women in Nigeria. In an interview with Sunday Sun the Anambra state born lady said she was born without much hair on her body, but gradually began sprouting them five years ago, at age 21. In this Sun interview, Queen talks about the challenges of living with such unique features and how she’s dealt with it all these years. Find her sad and heartwarming story below… “My name is Queen Nonyerem Okafor. I am from Anambra State. We are five children from our parents, three girls and two boys. I inherited the hairs from my mum and it runs in the family. Once you get to 21 to 23 years in our family, you start experiencing hair growth. I am 27 years old now, when I was in secondary school, much hairs were not on my body. It started when I finished my secondary school. I am not granting you this interview as if I need help or money, no! I want to tell my story and what it means to be a hairy woman. All I need is for an NGO to take up my case as a woman with abnormal conditions and also to act in the movie industry.” “The first time it started to grow on my body, I was ashamed, but someone advised me that I shouldn’t bother, that it is a blessing not a curse. The person told me that I am unique, besides, wherever I go, I would be recognised. She advised me that I shouldn’t be ashamed, rather that I should be proud of myself. It was her that gave me strength and boosted my self esteem. Some people think that I am a man. Some think I fixed my breast to deceive people. Men especially find it difficult to believe that I am a woman. It was when we interact that most men are reassured that I am a woman. It has made me to be very popular and recognised in public. It has boosted my confidence to socialize. People want to identify with me to know the stuff I am made of. Some want to find out where this girl is coming from. People call and dash me money because of my hairy nature, but I don’t beg for money.” “Before the advice came, I was asking God why all these now? I was thinking of what to rub to clear the hair from my skin. I rubbed tortoise faeces and a lot of things people recommend for me to use, but it didn’t remove them, rather it caused more harm than good as I started growing bumps and sores while the hair was still coming out. So, I stopped rubbing those things. I suffered those lumps trying to stop the growth,” she narrated. “When there is much heat, I feel terrible, it doesn’t itch but it really inconveniences me most times. That`s why I have to wear or put on light cloths because sweat soaks my dress when I go out. Once you see me, you know that heat is dealing with me as a result of my hairy skin. I used to shave it off but if I want to shave all, it will cause me lumps all over my body. She said she had not taken the medical option seriously. “I have not gone to hospital. I don’t care anymore because it is from within my blood and it is hereditary. I don’t need it because I can`t be using my money on something that refuses to free me. A doctor had advised that surgery can remove it, but not in Nigeria. Maybe outside the country, but I am not interested.” “A man that is meant for me will come when the read more... https://www.igodotv.com/2017/03/01/nigerias-hairiest-women-queen-okafor-tells-her-story/

Business is all about building relationships with other people who could be potential clients or partners. Whether done on-line or not, you are always dealing with a real human being who seeks and demands respect. When they feel comfortable working with you, they help your business grow by recommending ONLY YOU to their own and other people. However, there are many business owners who consciously or unconsciously keep behaving in various ways that scream "Do not Hire Me!" To avoid exactly that in your business, you'll have to check your business etiquette, improve your soft skills and attract the right people into your business. So make sure you are not screaming the same words out that kill businesses. Repelling first impressions: Let's be honest here, people tend to judge others on first impressions. Did you know that 93% of that time is spent on non-verbal communication, that is, your appearance and your body language? That means only 7% of a buyer's judgment is influenced by what you say. This also occurs even when it is on-line. Improve how you present yourself to others. This is your key to unlimited success. No telephone manners: As an independent professional and business owner, there is the possibility that you also are the sole person who responds to your telephone calls. Whether it is you or you have an assistant assign to this task, it is always important to know the etiquette that goes with answering and making telephone calls. There is nothing so repelling than putting the wrong person on hold or receiving a call at an inappropriate time. Committing such a blander can be insulting to the people involved and could cost you a lot. There goes your business deal with just a single, simple telephone call. Ignoring how people from other countries do things: The world has become such a global village that it is just a few businesses who do not have to deal with people from other countries. This has made intercultural communication very important and an essential part of business communication when you deal with international clients.Never assume that everybody understands you. Not everyone subscribes to the standards of behavior that you do. Their culture may be different to yours so try to be sensitive, sympathetic and open minded. People from other countries have their own special way of conducting business so as a business owners, you must know how to go about that to create a win-win environment otherwise you will unknowingly be asking them to look elsewhere. Bad social networking etiquette: The word is social, which means mingling and getting to know others on a friendly note. Unfortunately, many business owners on social read more... https://www.igodotv.com/2017/03/01/4-business-behaviors-that-scream-do-not-hire-me/ |
Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has launched an attack on former President Olusegun Obasanjo, saying the ex-President was one of those responsible for the level of hunger being experienced in Nigeria. Fayose said this in reaction to Obasanjo’s statement that his generation failed Nigeria. In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, the fiery governor advised the former President against statements that could distract and discourage Nigerians from fixing the economy. According to Fayose, “There is much suffering in the land. The people are hungry. Yet, one of those responsible for this unsavoury state of affairs relishes in adding insult to the people’s injury. He makes statements that are not only reckless but also untrue. “Obasanjo, truly, has failed this country many times over but not all members of his generation failed this country. There are shinning lights in that generation that have served the nation well. “How about Emeka Anyaoku, Wole Soyinka, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, Prof. Ayodele Awojobi? The list is endless and they are to be found in all the nooks and crannies of this country who belong in the same generation as Obasanjo and who have done this country proud.” The governor stressed that the former President wasted opportunities during his reign as Military Head of State and Civiliam President to make Nigeria great. He said, “It is too late in the day for him to now cry over other countries that have passed Nigeria by. This is mere crocodile tears when we realise that no other Nigerian leader had the opportunities that Obasanjo had to make this country great but he bungled them all. “He should speak for himself and not rope his entire generation into his misadventure in governance. Here is a man who neither recognised nor encouraged any star except himself. He must shoot them down or disparage them. “For him, Obafemi Awolowo was not patriotic; MKO Abiola was not the messiah Nigeria needed; Tinubu was a rascal; Jonathan was not good; and President Muhammadu Buhari did not understand read more... https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/28/fayose-attacks-obasanjo-says-he-is-responsible-for-suffering-in-nigeria/

Husband to Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson, Prince Odi Okogie, has revealed how he managed to keep his marriage for six years despite increasing rate of divorce in celebrity marriages. The couple has been married for Six years with three children. In an interview with New Telegraph, Prince Okogie disclosed that he avoids watching his wife’s movies, so his emotions won’t flare up from seeing her do what the script says. He also attributed the success of his long term marriage to God, adding that they quarrel but tend to move on the next day. In his words: “Prior to our marriage, I’d known my wife for three years; we actually met in 2008. We started living together in 2009 and we got married in 2011. “It’s been God all the way, there’s no miracle or anything much, it’s just been God. “With marriage break-ups and celebrity dramas, I think it depends on what one wants. For me, when I met my wife, I knew she was the one for me. “The love, the affection and the tender care are all present, and although we might have some misunderstanding but when we sleep over it, we move on. “My wife is my best friend, I hold her in high esteem and as a result of this, we don’t quarrel often. When we do, we learn from it and move to the next level. “I have a very big house, my wife has a very big room and so do I, but she has never spent the night in her room for one day. Sometimes when I tease her and say ‘go to your room’, she tells me ‘this is our room not your room’ and so most times we are always together. “I have never experienced anything like this, my marriage to her is so sweet and I’m enjoying it to the fullest. “Like I said, I won’t give the kudos to man but to God Almighty who has kept us in happiness, in peace and in harmony.” Recall that Tonto Dike recently confirmed her separation from her husband. Nollywood actress, Seyi Hunter, has advised women not to abandon their homes because their husbands cheat, but instead, buy them condom to prevent them from bringing home sexually transmitted diseases. Speaking with Vanguard at the weekend, Hunter said it was wrong for women to dump their homes for any reason except for domestic violence. Recall that Tonto Dike recently left her home, accusing her husband, Dr. Olakunle Churchill of cheating on her and infecting her with different STDs. She said women who walk out of their marriage because of a cheating spouse are the most foolish persons alive. According to her, “It isn’t right for any lady to walk out of her marriage for any reason, except domestic violence is involved. “I am not talking about occasional slaps here and there. If he beats you like he’ll beat a thief, my dear sister you need to run for your life because he might kill you one day or disfigure you. “But if you leave because of cheating, then you’re the most foolish person alive and you’re not going by the Holy Bible. The Bible says man shall not live by bread alone. “You don’t expect him to eat Egusi soup the rest of his life; he has to eat Afang, Ogbono, etc, once in a while. Let’s not forget men are polygamous in nature, it’s been there right from the days of Abraham and it cannot be changed. “The way entertainers are ending their marriage is alarming. Is it that Ubi Franklin is a wife beater or Lilian Esoro left because he’s a chronic womanizer? “Same goes for Tonto Dikeh and Churchill. If these ladies left their marriages for the latter, it means this generation is worse than I thought, because we’ve lost it. “No patience, understanding or endurance to allow the man tests the waters once in a continue.... https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/27/when-your-husband-cheats-buy-him-condom-actress-seyi-hunters-advises-women/ |
The Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi says Nigeria has not conducted a free and fair election in the last couple of years. He made the remark when the Constitutional and Electoral Reform Committee led by Sen Ken Nnamani paid him a courtesy call in Enugu. Ugwuanyi also attributed the dwindling fortunes of Nigeria’s democracy on the inability to conduct free and fair elections over the years. Emphasising the need for the ongoing reform, Ugwuanyi said, “It is a well known fact that our inability to conduct free and fair elections had impacted negatively on our efforts to deepen democracy over the years. “Necessary reforms must, therefore, be carried out to resolve all the issues required to be carried out to promote peace and stability in the country.” In his remark, Nnamani disclosed that the committee was working to repel some of the obsolete electoral laws. “There is no constitutional requirement for public hearing but it has become conventional that no group has monopoly of knowledge. Last night, I received an email from a wife who wrote in part: “after a fight, my husband told me that although he loves me because I am the mother of his children and his wife, he doesn’t like me all that much anymore. He says that I’m not the type of person that he would chose as a friend or partner and that, if we met today, he would not even date me, much less marry me. How am I suppose to respond to this? How can we have a marriage if my own husband doesn’t like me?” I’ll tell you how I responded to this in the following article. Understanding Projection: I explained to the wife that probably part of what her husband was saying could be chalked up to projection. What I mean by that is that often, in the heat of a fight, people don’t mean exactly what they’re saying. And just as often, they project issues and problems in other areas of their life onto the people who are the most convenient targets. In this case, that was his wife. For example, maybe her husband had a fight with his boss that day. Maybe he had felt pressured by another family member. Maybe he was just in a very bad mood. All of these things can manifest themselves in a fight with a spouse which ends with him projecting his feelings about the issue on to his wife. (“I don’t like my job” becomes “I don’t like you.”) Seeing The Underlying Truth: With that said, there is often a grain of truth in some of these statements that just seem to come out without the benefit of editing. Usually when a husband says that he doesn’t like you, what he really means is one of a few things. He may not like the person that you become when the two of you fight. The normally sweet and easy going person that he’s drawn to is suddenly gone and this new person seems to have fangs and claws. Or, his normally independent and strong wife becomes weepy and clingy at any criticism. Sometimes, he’s trying to tell you that there are changes in the marriage or in your personality that he’d rather not see and this is very common even in relatively good marriages. I can’t tell you how many husbands tell me that they feel like they were sold a bill of goods when they were dating. Because in their minds, they were dating a vibrant, exciting, attentive woman who had an easy laugh. But today, they are married to a nagging, critical person that sometimes sounds a lot like their mother. And, no, they don’t “like” this – not at all. So keep in mind that when he says he doesn’t like you, he often really means that he doesn’t like how the marriage is going, that he misses the intimacy, and that he misses the woman who used to love and respect him (and her) enough to show him the best version of herself on a regular basis. Being Happy Rather Than Being Right: Often when I tell women this, most will admit that they sort of see the point that I’m trying to make, but that they think that none of this is fair. They will say things like “well, I don’t like him too much right now either. He’s not the person that I married either. Why is this always my problem? Why am I the one to blame?” These concerns are absolutely valid. No, it’s not altogether fair and yes, he has some flaws too. But score keeping isn’t really going to get you anywhere. You could argue that you’re right and that he’s wrong and you may well be absolutely correct, but at the end of the day, is debating this point really going to make you any happier or any closer to your spouse? Will it improve your marriage and intimacy? Always keep your eye on what you really want. For most people, this is to feel loved, understood, and appreciated. Everyone wants to be close to someone else. We all want to feel that our spouse not only likes but loves us. So, if this requires for you to give a little, for you to stop debating who is right and who is wrong, and for you to show your husband some of the qualities that he likes and loves most about you, isn’t this a small price to pay for your piece of mind or happiness? Media Mogul, Oprah Winfrey says she has no regrets for not having children with her partner of thirty years Stedman Graham, because she doesn’t have the ‘patience’ to be a parent. The 63-year-old philanthropist said she always saw herself as mother of the world’s children despite pressure from people to get children. She noted that it does not matter if a child comes from your womb but all that matters is love shown to all children. “When people were pressuring me to get married and have children, I knew I was not going to be a person that ever regretted not having them, because I feel like I am a mother to the world’s children. “Love knows no boundaries. It doesn’t matter if a child came from your womb or if you found that person at age two, 10 or 20. “If the love is real, the caring is pure and it comes from a good space, it works. “For me it was perfect, because I didn’t want babies. “I wouldn’t have been a good mom for babies. I don’t have the patience. “I have the patience for puppies, but that’s a quick stage! “If I had kids, my kids would hate me. “They would have ended up on the equivalent of the Oprah show talking about me; because something in my life would have had to suffer and it would’ve probably been them.” She added that training 172 girls in her boarding school in South Africa is more rewarding as she is a mother to all of them. “It is more rewarding that I would ever have imagined. “I was doing this to help them, but it has brought a light to my life that I can’t explain,” Opray added. It was their first defeat in six games at the Rwang Pam Stadium. The Eagles will take on the Indomitable Lions in a double-header on August 28 and September 2 this year. Nobody gave them a chance, but that’s football for you,” Lawal told Goal. “Now we are playing Cameroon in a double header [qualifier]. We’ve played two games and got six points from them. “I must say the coaches and players have done a fantastic job so far. When your car breaks down and there is no mechanic onsite you should get someone to tow the car. For your car to be safely towed you need to consider a number of tips. These tips include: Have all the necessary items You need to have the necessary things for your car to be safely towed. One of the things you need to have is a towrope. The rope is usually cheap and you can easily get it from your local store or a gas station. You can also use a chain if you have it. You should avoid using poor quality ropes as they can easily break putting you at the risk of causing an accident. After you have got the rope you should attach it on the towing eyes of your car. When attaching the cars, you should leave a distance of 4.5 meters between the vehicles. If you leave a distance that exceeds 1.5 the rope should be clearly visible for the other road users. This calls for you to avoid using a rope that is the same color as the tarmac. The other thing you need is a sign. All you need to do is write on a piece of paper, “ON TOW” or “BEING TOWED” in capital letters and place the sign in the back window of your car. The purpose of the sign is to let other drivers know that you are being towed so that they don’t wonder why you are driving too slowly. Tips for the towing driver If you are the one towing the car you should be cautious that you don’t cause damage to the cars. When starting off, you should start off gently and ensure that you don’t yank the rope which would cause it to break. When changing direction, do it gently and always warn the other driver about it. It’s common for the tow rope to break. If it breaks or you see any other problem, you should stop immediately. Tips if you are the one getting towed Getting towed doesn’t mean you shouldn’tt ....more https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/22/car-towing-tips-everyone-should-know/ |

If Buhari does not die in office then I am not a man of God The president of nigeria A Nigerian seer, Prophet Emmanuel Chukwudi, the General Overseer of King of Kings Deliverance Church based in Ebonyi State, has made a damning declaration that President Muhammadu Buhari will die in office and the Vice President, Yomi Osinbajo, will rule in his place. Prophet Chukwudi made the startling declaration in one of his prophetic revelations at a service in his church located at Mgbo Court, Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi where he stated that if President Buhari does not die in power, then he is not a man of God. Chukwudi in his statement said that although he hoped that the president is hale and hearty as the presidency has continued to tell Nigerians, the Lord revealed to him categorically that Buhari will not complete his first term as president of Nigeria. “Buhari will die in office; if he does not die, then I am not a man of God. Osinbajo will rule in his stead. I told them a long time ago to pray for their master, that he needed urgent prayers to avert the calamity of death at Aso Rock, but they were lazy. No one has bothered to reach me, now see what is happening. They don’t want to come for prayers. Things will get worse,” he emphasized. Addressing the presidency directly, Prophet Chukwudi said: “I had early said he will die, now see what is happening. Have you been trying to figure out what men want from women? Do you find yourself doing everything for your man in the hopes of making him happy, but in the end you don’t really understand what men want from you? Have you tried talking to your boyfriend about it, but he’s vague and is no help? It can by tricky figuring out what men really want from a relationship or romance. They give off mixed messages, often leading us to think they want one thing when they truly want something else altogether. While you need to take into account that all men are different, here’s a quick look at what men in general want from the women they date. Feel Like a Man Guys have to live with a lot of pressure to be men. They have to be strong and stoic. Guys can’t cry and can barely show any kind of pain at all. Add to that the heavy romantic burden we, as women, then come along and throw onto their backs. However, for many men, their efforts are wasted because many women will still complain that it is never enough. They denigrate the guy, putting him down and basically telling him he’s worthless with a bunch of tiny buy constant insults. In the end, all he really wants is to know that you love him for the man he is. It’s unbelievable how far a little respect and admiration can go. Room to Breathe No matter how nicely a guy tells a girl he just wants to be alone for a while, chances are she’ll not take it lying down. She’ll question why and will feel insulted and hurt because he doesn’t want to be with her. On this matter, most women fall into one of two categories; the insecure woman who wonders where he’s really going to and who suspects something is wrong, or the self assured and confident woman who believes she’s so fabulous to be with, she just can’t imagine he’d want to be without her company for any length of time. Guys want and need time to think of something other than just pleasing you. Yes, he loves you and wants to make you happy, but he also wants to fulfill his own needs. Give him a break and let him do his thing once in a while. A fishing trip with his buddies or a night playing poker with a few friends could do your relationship wonders. Reliable Intimacy Physical contact is important to men, yet this is often the first thing women take away from the man they’ve fallen in love with. As hot and heavy as the sexual relationship might be at first, it invariably diminishes until the poor guy is left wondering when he’ll ever be able to touch you again. Recognize the importance of this aspect of your relationship. If there’s one thing men want, it’s a reasonably good sex life. This is an important factor in any healthy relationship and it shouldn’t be ignored. source: https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/20/what-men-want-romance-through-his-eyes/ |

Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, has said that lack of sincerity on the part of some members of the Ali Modu Sheriff faction of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) has ruled out reconciliation as a solution to the crisis rocking the party. He gave this explanation during a chat with the media over the recent Appeal Court judgement that affirmed Sheriff as the authentic national chairman of the party Wike said that several reconciliation committees had been set-up in the past to wade into the crisis and bring a political solution but that the Sheriff-led faction had severally sabotaged the efforts of the committees. He alleged that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) was working behind the scene to keep the PDP in disarray as its survival strategy. The governor, who ruled out dumping the party because of Sheriff, said he believed that the Appeal Court pronouncement in favour of the embattled national chairman of the party will not stand. He further said that the only way a solution to the crisis rocking the party can be achieved was through a ruling of the Supreme Court. A governorship aspirant in Anambra Sstate on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Ralph Okeke has claimed that the late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu would have joined the APC if he were still alive. He said Ojukwu would have done that for national integration. He said, “Most importantly, it is a shame that Anambra state is still governed by a party that exists only in one state. “I know for sure that if Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu were alive today, he would have joined APC for national integration. “This is because Ojukwu’s intention was to raise APGA to be accepted nationwide and win the presidency. Manchester United Manager, Jose Mourinho, has admitted they could be in “trouble” with their fixture pile-up. United welcome St Etienne in the first leg of their last 32 Europa League tie this Thursday and then Blackburn in the FA Cup on Sunday. The Red Devils’ game against Manchester City, has already been moved becasue they will play in the EFL Cup final next Sunday. If Mourinho’s men beat Blackburn in the FA Cup, their Premier League clash at Southampton on March 12 will also be postponed. The former Chelsea boss says this could lead to a difficult end of the season. “We cannot choose competitions at Manchester United,” Mourinho said while facing the media on Wednesday. “We know that our situation is really complicated. “We know that the Europa League is also a competition where we pay on Thursdays and that makes it even more difficult for us. “The accumulation of FA Cup and League Cup and the match postponements makes it really hard for us. “If we progress in the competitions we will be in trouble in May. We cannot choose competitions, we play them to win. “It’s also a good way to give the team experience – international experience is always a plus. “The Europa League is not a competition we want to play, but it’s a competition we play and we respect it. We are in a good phase, we work hard and progress. “There was a difficult moment for us when we lost two away matches, but then we managed to play with our best teams and tried to progress which we did. “The plus is that it’s another opportunity to qualify for the Champions League. “We have two doors still open. One is the Europa League, but we know we’re in the last 32, not even the last eight or four, so there’s a long way to go. “In the Premier League the door is also open, but we still have a long way to go.” source: https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/15/mourinho-says-united-could-be-in-trouble-by-may/

Nollywood icon, Patience Ozokwor, has shared her thoughts on Valentine, even as she ‘prophesied’ that many unmarried girls will get pregnant under the charade of celebrating the day. The actress cum evangelist said evil acts should not be associated with Valentine if at all Valentine was worthy of celebration. The ace thespian, popularly known as Mama G, made the revelation while preaching at the Power House Interdenominational Worship Centre Abakaliki, Ebonyi State on Tuesday during the grand finale of the church’s 40-day fasting and prayer programme. She advised teenage girls to preserve their bodies, warning that many of them will end up getting pregnant during this year’s valentine. She said, “Valentine is not in the scripture and anything that is not in the bible should be discarded. “Who is Valentine? The one that suffered for me and you is Jesus who should be celebrated. “If the kind of love that Valentine has shown to people is for people to make love to each other without getting married, then it is against the will of God. “People should show love to their fellow human beings on daily basis. Your neighbor is the first person that you should show love. “Every day is love day for me and there is no special day that is meant for love. “What people are doing today in the name of love is lust,” she added, urging pastors to speak against immoralities in the society and stop placing emphasis on wealth. https://www.igodotv.com/2017/02/15/celebrating-lust-on-valentines-day-is-sin-against-god-patience-ozokwor/
