i have a 2000 toyota camry and the connecting rod is making noise when the car engin is on like a knocking sound. so i want to change the connecting rod. but can i still use the old rings to couple the engin after changing the connecting rod because my care is not smoking... pkease i need advice.

my gear stopen entering drive or revice and was serviced with visco 2000 and since then it refused to kick down but is moving well

my mechanic used a visco 2000 on my gear and since the it refused to kickdown

my gear had problem of engaging either drive or revice, then my mecahnic used visco 2000 engin oild for my gear and since then it has been moving but my problem now is that my car refused to kickdown while driving . i need avdive please

dear car doctor, please i need your advice, i worked my engin in my toyota 2000 camry and after testing the car, it refused to move when on D or R, then the mechanic got my gear filter washed and said there is some particles and he used visco 2000 engin oil on my gear, and it started moving again. but the problem now is that it refuse to kick down and while driving it change fast without the Engin raising high unlike beforw the engin will raise before it change gear. please advice me on what to do
