Lol. These are people that won't let us rest when we were in camp in Kaduna, shouting I want to relocate to Delta, Kaduna is this, is that. I was telling one, I'm a Deltan, so you can't ask those that come and live in Delta to tell you how the state is, is it because you heard that is an oil state and you think is Dubai with many job opportunities? She was like" I must relocate to Delta or Akwa Ibom, my people have told me Kaduna is a dead and War Zone .I just laugh, last last all of them wan finish us with complain for group. |

American sportswear company, Nike has released a unique Jersey for 13 of its partners who qualified for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. Nike worked with each of their 13 partner federations to design its respective new National Team Collection, including kits and lifestyle apparel. Each collection “is inspired by each country’s distinct identities and diverse communities” and incorporates “cultural and historical elements to boldly represent each country on and off the pitch.” Among the countries, Nike has released a unique kit for is the Nigerian Women’s National team, The Super Falcons who will be putting on a new jersey different from the men’s own. The Nigeria National Team Collection blends the country’s traditional local prints and patterns with current styles from the fashion scene of Abuja. In an electric green color scheme, “the home kits features a bespoke pattern on the cuffs and sock ribbing inspired by traditional Nigerian artwork and textiles.” The away kit, a darker forest green, “combines modern shapes with traditional prints; the up-close details on the graphic pattern pay homage to the team’s ‘Super Falcons’ name.” The Nike National Team Kits will be available in limited quantities beginning April 3. All home and away jerseys and items from each federation’s apparel collection will be available in early June. The Super Falcons of Nigeria are housed in Group B alongside one of the co-hosts, Australia, as well as Canada and Ireland. The Super Falcons will be starting out their FIFA campaign against Canada on July 21st before other games against Australia on the 27th and Ireland on the 31st of July 2023. https://afrinews247.com/2023-world-cup-nike-releases-unique-jersey-for-nigeria-super-falcons-photo/
