Every weekday i take bread and soft drink, in the morning and afternoon. The nature of my work don't let me eat at home in the morning so i just pop a bottle of pepsi with bread to hold my stomach...
Is there any health implications to it apart from blood sugar level? at night i take garlic and ginger to tackle that one sha.
