That is EXACTLY what is going to happen.

There can never be a uniform cut off mark for all States, it will simply be the best candidates from each state or geopolitical zone.
The must be a fair representation for all States of the federation in the recruitment exercise.
Adopting a general cut off mark will undoubtedly bring inequality into the system.
Assuming that they would like to interview 1000 candidates, about 60-70% could come from a certain geopolitical zone, while some zones could not have even 5% which is against the laid down procedures for recruitments into public service.
Anyway, whatever the case maybe, i trust NCDMB to do their homework well and it could take longer than expected. Some people that scored high will be dropped and some that scored low will make it to the next level. Begin to look beyond scores please.
