Even if you get a Danish residence permit/visa, you cant use it to work in Norway even if they are all scandinavians but nevertheless, you can visit Norway for maximum 3 months but not more than that, unless you can switch your residency to Norway, thats the only way.

Since you like Norway, why dont you apply for studies there? Its free to study in Norway and the application period will be starting very soon, check out university of Oslo, I got an admission there but for some reasons I declined it. I hope I helped.

dahonestboss: Although Schengen permit holders enjoys travelling to 26 countries within the zone, there are some other countries you can travel to without an additional visa if you have a permit issued by any schengen member states.

Here is a compilation list of countries outside the schengen zone which you can travel to on the basis of your schengen permit.

1. BULGARIA
On 25 January 2012 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted a decision according to which by the date of Bulgaria’s accession to the Schengen area, our country will unilaterally apply a visa-free system for holders of valid Schengen visas. They will have the right to enter and reside in the Republic of Bulgaria for a period of no more than three months in any six-month period from the date of the first entry, without needing to have a Bulgarian short-stay visa. 2. ALBANIA

3. MONTENEGRO

7. CYPRUS

10. ANDORRA
Andorra does not issue tourist visa. Citizen of all countries on earth can visit Andorra without visa. 11. VATICAN CITY
The Vatican doesn't issue visas - it has no border controls. You can move freely from Italy into the Vatican and vice versa.

12. DOMINICA REPUBLIC

13.TURKEY

15. PANAMA

I have a friend from Denmark he is a medical doctor in Denmark, he always come to Ghana were I am now each time he's on leave. I talked him about coming to Europe to hustle and he agreed to help me but the problem now is dat he doesn't know the easiest and brstbest way to do it, we are contemplating if I come with a visitors visa how easy will it be for me to get a permit to work and all... pls in nneed u guys to give me a clue on the best way he could really help me..

nnjohnson: Ewere, the only sure means of getting a work permit is through a student visa. There is no other shortcut to this unless u r a skilled worker and already have an employment offer either from denmark or norway. You will be bundled bck home on expiry of ur visitor visa Dats if dey will easily grant u d visitor visa.
PS: this is from my own point of veiw and it's disputable

Thanks Johnson, yrah he talked about students visa and that its a very easy way of getting a visa but my problem is that it will be too expensive paying the fees and all...
And I'm a skilled worker I have national diploma in welding and fab and an additional certificate too,and I have been working as a welder here.... so wat do u think?
