The right thing to do is to go after Julius Berger in court, the Nigerians in charge that okayed and signed off and maybe (collected bribe money), for the design, the inspectors that okayed the work after completion... etc... It is a whole system of bribery and corruption.

somhow I don't no how you guys think o seriously. No body is even hitting the point. Take a good look at that place were that incident took place does it look like a play ground? Now were was the parents of that child?
