You have done well.. I know a lot of people who couldn't finish the test bcs of one issues or the other

Lol.. I wrote too just to try my hands on them. Verbal was fairly ok (at least not the usual dragnet comprehension with two correct answers) but the comprehensions were long.
Numerical was bad for me cos I had issues with my mouse and they took some time to get a replacement. Abstract was neither too good nor bad. Skills test was a bonus for me cos I am currently a process guy (done both field and DCS panel) with 7years experience. Overall, was a good try. If I make, I no go surprise, if not, no surprises as well. Was a good try indeed!

What is PPE , and mention the basic examples of PPE
what's operator routine duties and why is it important
What's HUEST and BOSIET in offshore
What's P&ID, and what are the scenarios that can make you use it
What is zero energy state of an equipment and how can you achieve that
What are the precaution to do before breaking a flange containing oil and gas

Ten questions in total, but I cannot remember the last 3 questions
It is chevron from what the guy said(agbami deep water)

The graduates’ body of Egbema, Gbaramatu and Ogulagha Kingdoms in Delta State, under the support of KOMBOT, has threatened to carry out a peaceful demonstration against Chevron Nigeria Limited, CNL over alleged marginalization in Chevron Nigeria Limited recruitment process.

In a press statement made available to newsmen KOMBOT, alleged that for some years running, Chevron Nigeria Limited refused to hire any of its members as permanent staff, saying it is against the Local Content Act.

Tare Olaye and Charles Kin, the President and Secretary of KOMBOT, respectively, in the press statement, stated that after several meetings held between representatives of Chevron Nigeria Limited, several Host Communities Development Trust and KOMBOT, the oil and gas major allegedly sent a mail requesting for names of those that applied for the Chevron Nigeria Limited recruitment exercise conducted in the last quarter of 2024, but ”the management of Chevron Nigeria Limited has not responded to the names that were sent to them.”

KOMBOT, called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National Assembly as well as stakeholders in Gbaramatu, Egbema and Ogulagha Kingdoms to call Chevron Nigeria Limited to order or ” we will bring to a halt all Chevron Nigeria Limited operations in our domain.”

Whilst warning that the planned peaceful demonstration would last, until their demand is met, the Egbema, Gbaramatu, Ogulagha graduates, emphasized the need for preference to be given to host communities in any Chevron Nigeria Limited recruitment exercise together with other oil and gas companies operating in the community.

Yes the last skills test was for both positions.

I belief the next stage of the recruitment process will tell us what we need to know.. But my take on it is that both Operators and Associate Operators wrote the same day but diff skill test

Associate Operator is just like a trainee, an associate operator assists the operator, more like an apprentice.

Anything can happen.. Nobody knows the criteria for now let just hope for the best. And if they didn't reschedule you for another test, we move.. Life goes on my brother.. And what position did you apply for

I think both Operators and Associate Operators wrote the test the same day, but the questions are different

I belief that people who have experience in oil industries will pass the test easily because they are experience questions.. But you see people like us, we Don commot mind

I did not write the first test..I actually applied for the associate position, was surprised seeing operator position when the invite mail came.
