Hi Dr.I just join this forum not quit long,pls I will like to know how to correct a 0% dead sperm due to hard trying to get my wife conceive for a year now. I was told to resolve with herbal drugs but I still don't know the result and I was also told to stay off sex for 6month so as to regain my lost strength and may be the sperm will regenerate again,please help me out
