As for the guy that mentioned there are 3 lists, the other list is not working that was what a high profile staff of Firs told me and he said if I know a senator or a high profile politician I should contact the person I shouldn't depend on the other list because every single blessed day people are given employment in Firs...

Which "OTHER LIST" are you talking about?
How can FIRS Contact people with Appointment Letters and All the Nominees from members of the Firs Board are not contacted including those from the Minister of Finance?
Let stop this unnecessary speculation, please!

For those who had there interviews October last year, don't listen to those spreading bad news. No one has been contacted. Be patient, you will be contacted. An open recruitment has processes while back door hiring is fast and corners are cut. Patience guys, patience (it's a virtue).

Immense thanks my dear. All the people I know that attended the interview of last year have said that the purported issuance of Appointment Letters is FAKE NEWS as no one has been contacted yet!

The last list Firs had about 400 names that was since last year June and since then it has resolved in making it a daily stuff bcoz too many eyes are on them.... So it is not now that the issuance of the letter started. Just don't expect another list.

I don't get it please, What happened to those that were Interviewed in October/November last year(2017).

The amount of insults DPR have received so far for posting the picture is worrying. One needs to visit the Facebook page and see. Only few people wished the inductees well. Now I understand why DPR is not going to make the list public. Usually, when they post any other thing else people hardly comment.

The Management of DPR should also release the names of successful candidates in the GT/Experienced cadres. Our patience has been tested for too long.

That reminds me, I will love to have info about the FIRS recruitment that started in 2016 too.

What is your source? Cos when my source told me to expect a call from FIRS on or before 15th of this Month and I shared it here, someone in this group made a caricature of me.

I heard from a source who linked me with the whole firs stuffs from the inception . Either i will be called he cant assure , but he promised he has done all he could to make me get the job . Conclusively sha , am still living on hope .

All the best my brother, everything being equal, no one who attended the 'interview' will be dropped.

I am told that they will call the successful candidates in the last interview On or before 2nd of March, 2018.

Someone from Yobe got a call; another from Borno got called; and someone from Nasarawa got called. The calls are made randomly and not everyone is called. I wasn't called. And don't think that only Northerners are called, it just happens that I know these three who were called. For these three, they're sure they already have the job as their names are on the list against their respective state of origin.

What of people from the South- South/ South Eastern parts of the country or has this recruitment exercise been hijacked by the Northerners as was the case in the Last DSS and NHIS Recruitments? What is this country turning into biko?

The end is near. Yesterday, several people received calls from FCC and where asked to confirm their FIRS Application Confirmation ID, their state and local government. Some state Commissioners of the FCC do this so their states can not be shortchanged in any recruitment.

Is it for real?

Daily Nigerian Newspaper, November 2017 reads..

The Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, has conducted a screening for alleged secret recruitment into the service in Kano and Lagos and Rivers States.

DAILY NIGERIAN reliably gathered that 769 “specially chosen” candidates were secretly invited for the interview via a text message on Monday.

In November last year, the FIRS chairman, Babatunde Fowler, had stated that over 700,000 Nigerians applied for the job.

The agency in June last year secretly hired 349 staff without recourse to public service rules nor federal character principles. Mr Fowler had previously been accused of indifference to service rules on employment by secretly hiring 250 new staff.

So how does this stale news help our course now?
The issue is, what happens after the October and November, 2017 interview?

I still believe that those who went for the interview have not been contacted to resume yet cos I know of some people that were nominated by the 'big ogas' of FIRS who are still at home. Again, the son of one of the immediate past governors in one of the North Central States is at home and a brother to a Senator from the North too.
All the same, we need to be more vigilant and be on the watch out.

It is true that N Power Tax volunteers are being contacted. I know someone who has been asked to resume on Monday next week for a one week training before deployment to a State.

Immense thanks for confirming the info I shared last week on this issue.
How many of us have spoken with the consultants that interviewed us since after the interview? They may be in a position to give us correct info as well.

But truth be told, and the true is that ginger and Goan your contact ooo. As I am typing this, I am inside one of their office in Abuja, and to tell you what... fresh and new faces every where. I did not too surprised though because my chikilin contact there once told me that people resume work virtually every day. May God elevate my contact too. And connect us with our destiny helper..

So are you there in their office to resume work too or for what?
I learned that N-Tax Volunteers are also being deployed to work with FIRS, so try and find out the particulars of those resuming work.
