Modern game is all about solidarity amongst the players in terms of pressing and tracking back. There is alot of energy involved now. Even counter attacking teams all pull back and counter with great pace and speed when they get the chance.

You have to press and attack as a cohesive unit. Everyone has to help out in defending otherwise you're toast.
